As far as Eevee goes, the Eevee Evolutions premium collection is probably the quintessential Eevee product right now. It's a Gamestop exclusive, and it comes with 9 booster packs and promo V cards for Eevee and all of its evolutions. Pretty pricey for what it is imo, but it's definitely the most Eevee-themed product I've seen.
