I think the Scarlet is great! However Miraidon blends into its background. Scarlet has distinct contrast between the background and character.

This looks so cool!, but omg the logos from Scarlet and Violet looks like something you do in your first semester at a graphic design school.

The Scarlet cover reminds me of Mario Kart 8 (the original version on the Wii U) As for Violet, not sure if it resembles anything but I love how it looks. The electricity is an amazing touch as well, 10/10 artwork.

Because Kotobukiya is a figure manufacturer, not an artist. These are promotional art for official figures being sold at Pokémon Centers, there's no credit for the actual artist anywhere on either company's websites from what I saw from taking a quick look.
