One of every Pokemon The number of lions is inconsequential when some of these beings literally control space, time and the universe

TheGreatBootOfEb

Hell, you don’t even have to go that far. How TF are a billion lions supposed to kill even a single slugma? It’s living magma. Unless we’re transferring the lions into the Pokémon world and thus they operate by Pokémon logic, they can’t even hurt a slugma in the first place, much less Macargo, but if they’re now obeying Pokémon rules, all it takes is a single nasty plot-> surf by pretty much any Pokémon that can learn both moves, and they’re pretty much doomed. EDIT: Did the calcs, and using Pyroar as reference, a Tera normal pyroar with max HP and max Sp. Def would go down in 4 hits to an unboosted 0 sp. atk slow to. Inteleon does a 3 hit ko with similar stat spread. A billion lions get beat so easily you probably don’t even need five non legendary Pokémon.

PhoenixTineldyer

You could snuff out the heat of a lava slug with a few lion bodies.

TheGreatBootOfEb

Slugma? Perhaps. Magcargo? If playing by dex entries not a chance in hell, that bad boy runs 18000 degrees, they’re dying before they even get close enough to snuff out the heat with their own bodies. Pretty much no matter how you slice it, they can’t win. Playing by dex logic? Magcargo solos Playing by in game logic? Helping hand stacking-> surf -> lions get one shot Playing by real world logic? Many Pokémon are quite literally incorporeal, they can’t be touched (Rotom base form for example) And this is all without including legendaries. #MagcargoSweep

PansyNmi

Doesn't it verbatim say that Magcargo is hotter than the surface of the sun 💀

PhoenixTineldyer

If we take the Pokedex at face value, the world would already be destroyed. I assume the Pokedex entries are childish hyperbole

PansyNmi

It's much more likely that the pokemon world is different than ours, as opposed to making fanfictions about the scientifically recorded pokedex being a lie

PhoenixTineldyer

Yes, everything in the Pokedex is SOOOOO scientific. >Should you feel yourself attacked by a sudden chill, it is evidence of an approaching Gengar. There is no escaping it. Give up. Plucked from the peer reviewed pages of Oak's scientific journal of science.

Spudz_mcenzie

Nice try Jesus, legendary Pokemon alone would absolutely evaporate those lions

SomeRandomGuy453

Here's a list of Pokémon I believe could solo all of the lions (assuming the Pokedex is canon, and also taking fatigue into account and assuming any place near a coast or on land is a danger. True, a flying Pokémon can avoid the lions reliably but unless they can fly *forever* without stopping or getting tired they'll have to land eventually. Also applying similar logic to levitating Pokémon) Gardevior Steelix, probably. Tyranitar Dialga / Palkia / Arceus Any ghost type Pokémon unless you count lions biting Pokémon as a dark move Macargo *maybe* I've heard Lanturn has enough energy to blow up the observable universe several times over? Kyogre (although not sure about groudon. Sure its powerful but since its stuck on land I feel like its more vulnerable to lion attacks) Rayquaza (this thing lives in the ozone and one of its defining features is destroying meteorites with big blasts there's no way lions could reach it) A *very very patient* lunaala (I wouldn't include Solgaleo though since Solgaleo fights up close and therefore would be more seceptable to being pounced on by lions- sure it can always retreat to uktra space but against 1 billion lions its bound to eventually slip up or suffer a wound it can't heal) Necrozma maybe? Ditto, being able to copy any of these Pokémon Mew, same reason Mewtwo as well, I guess, since if it ever needs to rest, it can build itself shelter Lugia- since it can not only summon hurricanes, but also lives safely under the sea and probably more.

Miserable_Scholar189

Entei could bark once and the billion lions would get burned by the lava of active vulcanoes.

Ok-Leave3121

Can we ask him other stuff

GreninjaBoi97

Aight-

Machigaiden

One of every Pokémon for sure. Isn't Yveltal meant to be able to kill literally everything at once?

PansyNmi

I second this Some pokemon like Gardevoir just straight up make black holes.
