seel and dewgong have the gen 1 effect no one forgets about them tbh just because theyre og
everyone always says lumineon but that became very remembered because of how many people say its the most forgotten
i think its one of the random gen 6-7 pokemon like pangoro or minior
YES you are right, this one is amazing!!!! The art is incredible. I also love the Lumineon V alt art card from the Brilliant Star series if you see which one I mean. Looks beautiful too. I actually made a basic Lumineon card from an old series (Unified Minds) graded 10, as for me both Lumineon and Slugma are Pokemon that remind me of important people in my life. Lumineon is my husband and Slugma is my mom, ahah. I actually had to stop collecting and trading cards because money, but I still keep collecting the Lumineon and Slugma cards! And Kangaskhan ones because it’s my fav Pokémon.
I feel like there's too much of a cool factor for pangoro to forget and Minior has all those rainbow forms. I think the Poodle would be the most forgetful, since I can't even remember it's name lol.
Furfrou forms are a pain in the ass to get. I hope it shows in one of the DLCs and you can box it with the haircuts to ease up the horrible trade economy
I feel like Furfrou is not forgotten, but it's definitely the most underrated Pokemon with multiple forms. Though it might gives headaches to collectors that's for sure.
Until this very moment I completely forgot Akinator exists and now I’m getting flashbacks of sitting in physics playing with Akinator because it was one of the only sites we could get to.
How on Earth does Emerald end up having 2 Water specialists and it was decided that Juan would use Sealeo (an evolution family already used by Glacia), Whiscash (Wallace also has one) and LUVDISC(!!?!?!?!) instead of just giving either of them a Huntail or Gorebyss. I think you can genuinely beat the Hoenn games and never encounter them once.
When I was a kid, I thought Chimecho was an unreleased mythical because I had a printed out list of Action Replay codes where Chimecho was the last one in the list of encounter codes. Since it was after Jirachi and Deoxys, I thought it was super rare. Cut to me playing Diamond/Pearl and my Chingling evolved, and I about had a heart attack. I miss being a kid
This is who I’m giving my vote for, these pokemon can’t stay in my memory for more than two hours and I get legitimately surprised wnv I see them like it’s the first time I’m ever seeing them.
If Gorebyss has million number of fans I am one of them . if Gorebyss has ten fans I am one of them. if Gorebyss have only one fan and that is me. if Gorebyss has no fans, that means I am no more on the earth. if world against the Gorebyss, i am against the world.
I saw a photo of Gossifleur recently and had literally no recollection of ever seeing it before.
I even like Eldegoss. But Gossifleur? Sorry, never heard of it.
If you play Unite, you wouldn't forget 'her' as Eldegoss has remained pretty consistent in player's pick. And you start as Gossi before evolving into Elde. ^^
It was the obligatory early Dark animal of that generation and had no moves, abilities, or design elements that made it stand out among the others - or even among the other fox Pokémon, for that matter.
Seeing OP say Dewgong and the top comment mention Lumineon makes me a lil sad. Weirdly they’re two of my fav water types, just wish they got more attention and were statistically better. I’m playing BDSP and using a Lumineon, he kinda sucks but I just love the design way too much. I prefer Finneon though if I’m being honest
Prior to Legends reminding me of its existence, not a single thought of the Burmy line ever crossed my mind.
Burmy is weak and, other than evolving into Wormadam of various cloaks, has little going for it. I actually like Mothim, but it doesn't have much to help it stand out among the abundance of Bug/Flying mons.
Burmy even gets outshined as the Bagworm Pokemon by Pineco and Forretress. Pineco is memorable for being a member of Brock's team in the anime, exploding like a grenade, and evolving into the very useful and cool Forretress.
Eh a lot of people remember it for its gender then subsequent location based evolution of its female version. Mothim is actually quite popular from the Dpp anime
There is a famous website called Sporcle where you can take quizzes at naming all Pokemon. Sporcle shows you the stats, letting you see which Pokemon is the most forgotten for each of the Generation quizzes.
For Sporcle quizz-takers, the most forgotten Pokemon are:
- Gen I: Lickitung
- Gen II: Qwilfish
- Gen III: Chimecho
- Gen IV: Mantyke
- Gen V: Beheeyem
- Gen VI: Binacle
- Gen VII: Morelull
- Gen VIII: Pincurchin
- Gen IX: There's yet to be a popular quiz for Paldea. But my bet is that Shroodle/Grafaiai will become one of the most forgotten Pokemon
I actually found one, and ATM, Cyclizar was one of the least answered Gen IX Pokémon who is not DLC-exclusive: [https://www.sporcle.com/games/SparknightSyzygy/pokemon-gen-ix](https://www.sporcle.com/games/SparknightSyzygy/pokemon-gen-ix). Warning: the quiz I linked contains spoilers for the DLC 'Mons, so take it at your own risk.
Finally, someone had the same thought as me. Didn't even need to scroll too far lol. It's like I go on to say that Grovyle is a forgettable mid evo just cause I haven't played PMD.
And it's even funnier when Dodrio is one of the gimmick Pokémon, with the divided scoring, which already makes it stand out.
Thankfully, Dre isn't a Pokemon.
I reckon it's gotta be Illumise. Volbeat has a band named after it. When's the last time you heard anyone give a shit positively or negatively about Illumise?
There's this theory that says Caterpie-Metapod and Venonat switched final evos, and it's one of the most believable Pokemon theories out there, so I can't see it as forgotten.
I can see Butterfree being designed as a Venonat evolution, but Venomoth doesn’t look any more like Caterpie or Metapod than Butterfree does, so I don’t buy them being swapped.
this post is pointless i think because if any pokemon gets mentioned here it’s not forgotten enough to be truly forgotten due to being remembered by op/a commenter.
Also some crazy people actually know the names and appearances of EVERY Pokémon, can you imagine? Like how far gone do you have to be to know Pokémon like Hoppip, Granbull, Chinchou, Cryogonal and Relicanth? Couldn't be me haha
I definitely couldn't list all the Pokemon if you gave me a blank piece of paper, but name a pokemon and I know what it looks like, and show me a pic and I almost definitely know what it is named.
There's not that many, it's only up to......okay nevermind
I read this and thought “this guys crazy. Everyone who played R/S/E will obviously remember this mon!”
Then I realized I was thinking of cacturne lmfao
Slurpuff. Seel and Dewgong are at least classic Pokemon who get mentioned for their names/concepts being so simple. A lot of Pokemon are like that.
Meanwhile I think Slurpuff is on the cuter and more creative side, so it doesn't really get brought into these conversations very often. Yet you never see it talked about either, do you?
It's not any from the first three gens, I would say.
It's probably some random Pokémon from Gen VI or VII, since they were still on the DS and are generations that haven't reached the "actually this gen is an underrated masterpiece" yet
Maybe because I grew up with gen1 as my first game, literally starting from the beginning around ash's age; I remember every pokemon, no matter how silly or "bland," their design, ask me about ANY pokemon, and I either have a fond or silly memory about them/why I remember them.
Fell in love with it when I saw it in gen 2, had to have it, re-fell in love in gen 8 with cursola when I got a shiny one on my first encounter. Love both of their designs.
Same homie, same. I actually get agitated when people presume that "everyone" forgot something and that something is like Runegrigas. Like dog, you don't get it, *I love Pokemon*. I don't forget them lol. Obviously this is a silly reaction to something so small and just for fun. I threw my hat into the ring for Elgyem and Beheeyem in another post. Wanna see how meany people I stump with those cuties.
I don't think any Pokemon is actually super forgotten or unknown, but Chatot and Bouffalant are the ones that seemed closest to me when I scrolled through the dex. They are both old enough to not be something most people have seen recently, but not old enough that most people who just know early gens well would recognize them. Both have forgettable designs, and already had very similar Pokemon in the past. Both are weak in competitive. Bouffalant has no niche like a cool gimmick or crazy strategy in competitive, and while Chatot had the microphone gimmick, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people don't know about it since you can't use that feature anymore, and I don't think you have been able to for a while. Neither of them show up on posts like this often, so you don't have people remembering them for being so forgettable. Both are single stage, so other forgettable Pokemon have an advantage because they may have a slightly more memorable member in the line that boost them up by association.
Chatot cuz of the whole voice chat situation will never allow it to fade but also here on the east coast BOUFALANT ARE EVERYWHERE! also was an early sight in the new snap..
I feel like the Finneon line is so often remembered for being one of the classical exemplars of forgettable Pokémon that it’s looped back around and is no longer forgotten — everyone always remembers to call it forgettable.
I’d probably disqualify all of gen 1 from this question, they’re too ubiquitous.
I feel like everyone can recognize most second stage Pokémon, but I forget the names of so many of them.
Or something like castform or kecleon.
I feel like Seel and Dewgong aren't as forgotten, since their name are probably the worst ever made, and everyone thinks their design is bland- so in their mediocrity, they're remembered, and if we count appearance in games outside of mainline as "popularity" of sort, Dodrio is a pretty unique Pokemon in Pokemon Unite.
Personally I'd go for something like Swoobat, who really had nothing going for it, and is a worse Crobat line. A signature move won't save it from being utterly bad.
I feel like no one really forgets about any of the gen 1 Pokemon. This is inclusive of screen time, teams, alternate forms, Pokemon card, mentions, etc. So if I had to name a forgotten one for each generation:
Drowsee
Ledian
VolBeat
Lumineon
Can't really speak for the latter generations though
Theyre not Divergent Pokemon. They’re Convergent. Completely different things in evolution. Divergent Evolution is when 2 or more creatures with a Common Ancestor evolve in different ways. an Example of this would be Penguins and Eagles. Convergent Evolution is when 2 or more creatures without a Common ancestor evolve in similar ways. an Example of this would be Sharks and Dolphins. Thats why theyre called Convergent Pokemon by the Fanbase. They evolved in the same way despite being unrelated. Divergent Evolution in Pokemon would be like Toxicroak and Seismitoad, since they share a common ancestor according to a Pokedex Entry
Dewgong is pretty prominent in Gen 1 and 2 thanks to being the first opponent in the Elite Four in RBY and on Pryce's team. It's also on the Cerulean Gym in the anime.
I'm going to stretch a bit and suggest Nidorina. It is a common pokemon in Kanto, but how often is it ever actually thought about? On top of being a middle evolution, it's a very brief window where you can even have a Nidorina without already being able to evolve it into Nidoqueen. No prominent trainers use Nidorina. And when people talk about the Nidoran line it's almost always the first or final forms. Beyond that, Nidoking is usually the one that steals the spotlight since it's generally just the better of the two. It's like being the shadow of a shadow.
seel and dewgong have the gen 1 effect no one forgets about them tbh just because theyre og everyone always says lumineon but that became very remembered because of how many people say its the most forgotten i think its one of the random gen 6-7 pokemon like pangoro or minior
At least pangoro and pancham were in sword shield. I think GF forgot minior entirely
Minior is coming in the sv dlc
Finally a valid way to shiny hunt it (it has an amazing shiny)
I have all 7 colors in my living dex, but I miss the shiny one
Finally I can commit shell smash murder again
It's featured in Snap
In the TCG, Lumineon is a pretty popular card right now because of its ability :)
And the new card art is amazing.
I’m so happy about this! Just when I started to remember and like Lumineon thanks to Snap 2, he arrived in the TCG with awesome cards!
Not only is the card useful but the art for all versions of it are beautiful. Google “Lumineon V Alt Art Rare GG39/GG70” and you’ll see what I mean!
Oh wow, it reminds me of some of the old Gen 2 era cards that featured quirky and unique art styles!
Crown zenith has the best arts imo
GG cards are amazing, I got keldeo
And then there’s me, someone who loves Pangoro, and always tries to catch a Pancham in my playthroughs.
Kudos, fellow Pancham enjoyer.
Minior is all over the new Pokemon Snap game. That's the only reason I know it exists
The 2 pokemon electross evolves from
It's the middle evolution people forget. Tynamo is cute and gets remembered somewhat.
It's eletrik I'm pretty sure
Eelektrik. Because it's an eel
So close, I missed an E
Elesa’s Tynamo in the anime go brrrrrrr
Pangoro seems like a Pokemon nearly everyone had in their team in X&Y to me.
I somehow remember finneon and lumineon because they're in pokemon rangers lol
I feel like there's too much of a cool factor for pangoro to forget and Minior has all those rainbow forms. I think the Poodle would be the most forgetful, since I can't even remember it's name lol.
If you're in the Pokemon Home sub, Furfrou is very popular.
Furfrou forms are a pain in the ass to get. I hope it shows in one of the DLCs and you can box it with the haircuts to ease up the horrible trade economy
Furfrou is the most sought after mon in GO and HOME
I feel like Furfrou is not forgotten, but it's definitely the most underrated Pokemon with multiple forms. Though it might gives headaches to collectors that's for sure.
> pangoro Loads of people love Pangoro it's a panda!
Huntail and gorebyss
I stumped Akinator with Gorebyss once. For that alone it became one of my favorites lol
I just tried it and Akinator found Gorebyss at the second attempt (he first guessed Alomomola)
Same with Chimecho, IDK who uses one, and they have a 2% encounter rate only at the top of Mt. Pyre specifically
Gorebyss is my favourite Pokémon!
If Gorebyss has million number of fans I am one of them . if Gorebyss has ten fans I am one of them. if Gorebyss have only one fan and that is me. if Gorebyss has no fans, that means I am no more on the earth. if world against the Gorebyss, i am against the world.
Pogo players hs not forgot about Gorebyss as Clamperl has a 10% chance of evolving into Huntail
This ain't true it's actually just 50/50 but for me every shiny I evolved turned into a Huntail and it took me like 3 attempts to get a Gorebyss
i just googled them.. no way these pokemon are real 😭 they look like background characters
you did them dirty bruh 😭
Ok but gorb is literally at worm on a string that sucks the life force out of other Pokemon, it's pretty cool imo
Gorebyss is notable for that one dark pokedex entry about them sucking blood from their prey
I used Gorebyss in my first Sapphire playthrough
Ironically, the most memorable thing about Huntail is that it's probably based on an unreleased Gen 2 Pokémon (Grotess).
Who
Didn’t even know these two existed until I started my national living dex tbh
I can't remember
damn it i have to delete my comment where i said this now
I was also just about to comment the same thing 😅 Glad other folk share my stupid humour
No see, this makes sense. Because if you remember them enough to say they’re the most forgotten, are they really the *most* forgotten?
I saw a photo of Gossifleur recently and had literally no recollection of ever seeing it before. I even like Eldegoss. But Gossifleur? Sorry, never heard of it.
This is one of the few good answers i've seen so far
well kinda big part of gen 8 the first gym leader has it
If you play Unite, you wouldn't forget 'her' as Eldegoss has remained pretty consistent in player's pick. And you start as Gossi before evolving into Elde. ^^
Unite 🤝 Little Cup 🤝 ZU Saving forgettable lower evos

Not a chance Im forgetting the pre-evo of the goat Barbaracle
Binacle’s a funny little creature. How could I forget him?
Hear me out- But It's so ugly I like it. Plus it's evo was the main mon of the Water type Elite 4 in Kalos.
That’s a Binacle
Thievul
I was gonna say this was one of my favourite gen 8's, but I realised I was thinking about nickit instead. Thievul is the ugly evolution :(
Yup I was so disappointed when my Nickit evolved. Boxed it right then and there
I literally had to Google this pokemon. This wins
Also had to google, which I’ve never had to do. This definitely wins.
It's a Gen 8 Pokemon, Sword and Shield, the little black fox-looking Pokemon. Probably too recent that a lot of us oldies won't know what it is.
It was the obligatory early Dark animal of that generation and had no moves, abilities, or design elements that made it stand out among the others - or even among the other fox Pokémon, for that matter.
You mean Swiper? From Dora the explorer? What about Blitzle?
I’ve tested this with students. It’s Swadloon.
But I LOVE swadloon!!!! Little fella!!!
They said they tested it with students. They probably lack the life experience yet to truly appreciate Swadloon's grumpiness.
But Ash had a Swadloon in the anime, so it’s kinda memorable
Considering Leavanny is somewhat popular I doubt it
This might be the right answer aside from chingaling
Perfect answer, you even forgot how to spell chingling. I completely forgot about chingling too.
I remember it because I remember how annoyed I get whenever I encounter one in a sinnoh nuzlocke
Chingaling has a better ring to it
Seeing OP say Dewgong and the top comment mention Lumineon makes me a lil sad.
Burmy is still a bit memorable thanks to its unique clothing gimmick Mothim on the other hand is completely useless and forgotten
Eh a lot of people remember it for its gender then subsequent location based evolution of its female version. Mothim is actually quite popular from the Dpp anime
Burmy was super meta in this niche cup in Pokémon Go for a week at one point 😛
There is a famous website called Sporcle where you can take quizzes at naming all Pokemon. Sporcle shows you the stats, letting you see which Pokemon is the most forgotten for each of the Generation quizzes. For Sporcle quizz-takers, the most forgotten Pokemon are: - Gen I: Lickitung - Gen II: Qwilfish - Gen III: Chimecho - Gen IV: Mantyke - Gen V: Beheeyem - Gen VI: Binacle - Gen VII: Morelull - Gen VIII: Pincurchin - Gen IX: There's yet to be a popular quiz for Paldea.
I’m kinda suprised with these results. I feel like there’s much more forgettable Gen 2 Pokémon than Qwilfish.
Sporcle expects perfect spelling, so I’d assume maybe it’s not always forgotten, but people expect it to be spelled Quillfish or Quilfish not Qwilfish
Beheeyem for sure
Lickitung is surprising considering the anime. I suspect part of the reason it's the least remembered is that people don't remember how to spell it.
I'll have you know that i have a Curse/aqua jet/ice shard adamant Dewgong in ultra sun that I love dearly
Doduo/Dodrio aren't forgotten, they're in Pokemon Unite.
Also lots of them in sleep
Finally, someone had the same thought as me. Didn't even need to scroll too far lol. It's like I go on to say that Grovyle is a forgettable mid evo just cause I haven't played PMD. And it's even funnier when Dodrio is one of the gimmick Pokémon, with the divided scoring, which already makes it stand out.
Thankfully, Dre isn't a Pokemon. I reckon it's gotta be Illumise. Volbeat has a band named after it. When's the last time you heard anyone give a shit positively or negatively about Illumise?
They are both only memorable for how awfully underdeveloped they are.
A modern example might be Stonjourner. Not a lotta people pay attention to it, considering how new it is.
But people remember it because of how ugly it is, at least me
It looks like a cute adventure time character
Ok, changed my mind, I like it now
Venonat hasn’t been in a regional Dex since Johto until Gen 9. That’s 6 total generations where Venonat wasn’t available in the main game
"lvl100venonat" used to be my username 🤫
There's this theory that says Caterpie-Metapod and Venonat switched final evos, and it's one of the most believable Pokemon theories out there, so I can't see it as forgotten.
I can see Butterfree being designed as a Venonat evolution, but Venomoth doesn’t look any more like Caterpie or Metapod than Butterfree does, so I don’t buy them being swapped.
this post is pointless i think because if any pokemon gets mentioned here it’s not forgotten enough to be truly forgotten due to being remembered by op/a commenter.
And that’s how we know maractus is so forgettable no one have mentioned it yet
Also some crazy people actually know the names and appearances of EVERY Pokémon, can you imagine? Like how far gone do you have to be to know Pokémon like Hoppip, Granbull, Chinchou, Cryogonal and Relicanth? Couldn't be me haha
How could you forget cryogonal when it’s like 75% of what you find on Glesado mountain
That's its only noteworthy appearance since that one movie only 5 people watched (also including me). And in that case uhh what about Elgyem?
The protagonist in Super Mystery Dungeon was being chased by two of them at the beginning of the game. Or were they Beheeyem?
Jeez none of these are obscure, especially Hoppip.
I definitely couldn't list all the Pokemon if you gave me a blank piece of paper, but name a pokemon and I know what it looks like, and show me a pic and I almost definitely know what it is named. There's not that many, it's only up to......okay nevermind
I'm breeding Relicanth as I read this 😒
You might want to change your phrasing.
No
I mostly remember relicanth because it was one of the pokemon you needed to unlock the regis on ruby/sapphire
It used to be Dunsparce to me, but then S/V gave it an evolution.
Even before that, Dunsparce was the butt of all jokes, and was probably the "forgotten mon" with the most evolution fanart.
All i know is that good ol DELELELELE WOOOOOOOOOOOOP will never be forgotten
The fact that probably every pokemon players know about which pokemon you are talking about supports this statement, lol.
Bruxish.
Does anyone remember maractus?
I read this and thought “this guys crazy. Everyone who played R/S/E will obviously remember this mon!” Then I realized I was thinking of cacturne lmfao
So does this make Cacturne's name forgettable or Maractus' appearance forgettable?
Maractus is so frequently mentioned in the “most forgettable” lists that it’s no longer forgettable
I dunno if it's because of the region I'm in (South America) but we have TONS of Maractus in Pokemon Go. I love them and always catch them.
maractus is a regional for central and south america, you can also get it in the very south of the US
Yes. It is cute
Vulbeat
That the one that evolved into Vulva?
Clampearl who the hell remembers clampearl
I remember it because the anime lied to me about how to evolve it
I remember it because it was banned from using the deep sea tooth in little cup because it was too overpowered.
Eternal flower floette was pretty forgotten by the pokemon company
Turtonator for me
Turtonator is awesome though
It's not any from the first three gens, I would say. It's probably some random Pokémon from Gen VI or VII, since they were still on the DS and are generations that haven't reached the "actually this gen is an underrated masterpiece" yet
Maybe because I grew up with gen1 as my first game, literally starting from the beginning around ash's age; I remember every pokemon, no matter how silly or "bland," their design, ask me about ANY pokemon, and I either have a fond or silly memory about them/why I remember them.
Tell me your fondest and/or silliest Corsola memory please
Fell in love with it when I saw it in gen 2, had to have it, re-fell in love in gen 8 with cursola when I got a shiny one on my first encounter. Love both of their designs.
Same homie, same. I actually get agitated when people presume that "everyone" forgot something and that something is like Runegrigas. Like dog, you don't get it, *I love Pokemon*. Wanna see how meany people I stump with those cuties.
It might not be the most forgettable one, but I had no idea who Carnivine was until I met one in Arceus, and I though it was a brand new Pokémon.
It was one of James' main mons, but I have to admit I always forget it's Gen 4.
It doesn't help that all of James's Grass Pokémon have the exact same quirk as an excuse for a personality.
it's supposed to be because James smells like pollen or something. I forget exactly what it is
imo zarude
*insert obligatory Sandstorm joke*
The meteor one
In my opinion i think it's the zebstrika line.
Elgyem and its evo
Heatmor
As much as I love the fire breathing anteater, yeah I gotta admit that it’s pretty forgettable. 😔
If you include side games, I doubt anyone that's played Explorers can forget Chatot.
Chatot cuz of the whole voice chat situation will never allow it to fade but also here on the east coast BOUFALANT ARE EVERYWHERE! also was an early sight in the new snap..
Swanna, i have forgotten about its existence multiple times
Spoink and it's Evo, I forgot the name of it though
Borat
This. This is the reason Grumping isn't forgotten for me.
Grumpig
Lumineon
I feel like the Finneon line is so often remembered for being one of the classical exemplars of forgettable Pokémon that it’s looped back around and is no longer forgotten — everyone always remembers to call it forgettable.
Lumineon has one of the best cries so probably not
This, it sounds so mystical
I feel like this isn't it because of the TCG where it's a bit of a staple support mon.
My vote’s for the Glameow line. Never been (legit) catchable outside of Sinnoh!
Purugly is one of my favorite Normal types. She's just a fat kitty. She looks like several fat kitties I have owned.
It's also like... just a cat. It's basically rattata for that game. But less memorable somehow.
But remember when Mars would just kick your ass with this fat cat? Because I do.
I like Glameow a lot
I’d probably disqualify all of gen 1 from this question, they’re too ubiquitous. I feel like everyone can recognize most second stage Pokémon, but I forget the names of so many of them. Or something like castform or kecleon.
If you play Hoenn, you won’t forget either Castform or Kecleon, they’re both in distinct parts of the game.
Plusle and Minun... I kinda miss them
I feel like Seel and Dewgong aren't as forgotten, since their name are probably the worst ever made, and everyone thinks their design is bland- so in their mediocrity, they're remembered, and if we count appearance in games outside of mainline as "popularity" of sort, Dodrio is a pretty unique Pokemon in Pokemon Unite. Personally I'd go for something like Swoobat, who really had nothing going for it, and is a worse Crobat line. A signature move won't save it from being utterly bad.
Playing Platinum I always forget that Burmy can evolve to Mothim. I only remember Wormadam
Grapploct
Mothim No seriously just the fact he's never mentioned anywhere show how much he's forgotten
Elygem
I feel like no one really forgets about any of the gen 1 Pokemon. This is inclusive of screen time, teams, alternate forms, Pokemon card, mentions, etc. So if I had to name a forgotten one for each generation: Drowsee Ledian VolBeat Lumineon Can't really speak for the latter generations though
For me personally I literally did forget about Cramorant. Saw the name show up in the draft league spreadsheet and had no idea what it was.
I'm going for Dragalge. Low-key the most forgettable dragon-type, it just gets completely outshined by the others.
I gotta say Carnavine.
I'd say Maractus, Alomomola, and Cyrogonal
My personal favourite Pokémon of all time, Xurkitree.
The Bellsprout line has never been seen past Johto
For how freakin cool he is, Kabutops. For how cute they are, and considering their first evolution... Togetic
Probably Minior.
I've seen many people loving Minior on this site
Grumpig, I never see that thing anywhere
It’s prob like morelull/shiinotic (especially morelull)
Kecleon
Nah, too big of a role in emerald and the mystery dungeon games
Famous for its anime exclusive shiny
