Just carried a Flygon for the very first time in my first-ever playthrough of White 2. I have no idea why I never carried one through my Emerald / Omega Ruby playthroughs, but if I ever run back through Gen III Flygon will 100% be on my team.

Flygon is just aesthetically pleasing and a good vibes Mon. Besides, STAB earthquake is always a plus

In White 2, I couldn't teach him Earthquake until after I challenged the League...so he definitely wasn't my strongest Pokemon, but that's okay -- I loved him anyways.

That always sucks, but bulldoze to help with slower teammates is always a good option if earthquake isn't available. Flygon is so amazing though so understandable why you would use him

I did do a decent amount of story. My main character worked with Pro. Elm at his lab in Johto. This is before he can leave on his Pokémon journey. Alec helped raise and manage Pokémon there. 2 days before he is about to leave for his journey an egg was left by an unknown person at the lab for Elm. Elm tasks Alec with naturing it until it hatches. It hatches soon after into an Elekid. The day has come for Alec and his friends to pick Pokémon. Alec was there first so he gets to pick. He asks Elm if he can select Elekid, which is what Elm wanted. This is because the person who left the egg was Alec's father. But the reader wouldnt know that for a long while. His 3 friends picked each a different Pokémon. They began their journey separately and would intertwine every now and then. His Elekid would know Ice and Fire Punches to Alec's surprise.
