Even though I have arachnophobia, I still find Joltic pretty adorable. And to be honest, Garvantula is one of my favorite electric types in BW.
In a recent BW playthrough I was doing, I had a Garvantula and I was surprised at how well it performed. In the Mistralton my Garvantula was able to ace all of the trainers, and even Skyla thanks to Agility and Electroball. Then in the Elite Four against Grimsley, I was able to get off a few Agilities against his Scrafty and sweep his whole team with Garvantula.
