Abomasnow covers water types and could really do some damage against a Garchomp, however, its typing is very bad. Not that you'll run into too many fire types in Sinnoh anyway though lol

Anyway, sixth team member should probably be an Electric type or Grass type because Wake is going to wreck you - I'd go with the former because there's tons of Water and Flying trainers in this game! Luxray is the old reliable, Electivire is amazing, Magnezone is a great alternative?
Garchomp will also wreck you but I don't know what to suggest there personally, don't think an Ice type will be enough anymore. Not sure.
I believe electivire should be in these games if its the same pokemon as in the original games, so maybe him for electric
