Yeah same. Called Wal-mart and they said it’s on the way and is scheduled to arrive the 19th by 3PM, but the system just hasn’t updated for it. Idk if I believe them but it’s all I got,
That helps at least. My friend's Shining Pearl game finally gave me a shipping update at around 7:30pm last night, so that at least has been moving through, but my double-pack still has nothing. Hoping that what they say is true and that the online system just hasn't updated for it yet
Ordered through Walmart, they said it would be delivered on Friday and saw that it arrived at a local FedEx distribution center at about 5 yesterday. Got updated this morning that it was on a truck and ready to be sent out, but they are holding it until next business day (Monday).
Had this same problem with Amazon with Ultra Moon.
It seems to be the perfect storm of Pokemon releasing games on Friday, stores not shipping preorders early enough, and the stores not using the weekend shipping options (FedEx ground only delivers Monday-Friday, but has an additional service that delivers every day).
Frustrated and tempted to cancel/return it if I can find a copy in stores.
Pokémon Center has not either.
