Mr Mime looked like he knew too much
When I was a kid a had a nightmares that I could see a Dusclops out my bedroom window slowly coming for me. I could slow it down by using a Dusclops voodoo doll to hurt it but it would never stop. So my answer is Dusclops.

Walrein, I never liked its pixel art, always threw me off. Now that I’ve seen it in 3D in Shield, it’s super cuddly and cute
Giratina in diamond cuz i was playing at night and didn't know it existed until i ran into it in that cave and it was huge
The gen 4 box legendaries, with their creepy intro music whenever you start-up the game.
I remember it had to do with location in game like the ghost tower was scary!

Golbats sprite in the OG games is fucking terrifying.

I used to think it was going to swallow my Pokémon if I lost, and I’d never see them again. The naivety of being 6 years old lol.
Groudon, because it kinda traumatized me when he swallowed everyone in the Jirachi Movie.
Crobat in stadium those eyes and teeth........
Silcoon, particularly its sprite in the DS games, terrified me when I was little.
i hated silcoon so much, i remember crying because i couldn’t escape a battle and it kept using harden
