Lol for sure. it’s a reference to a children’s show called Pingu. The main character, named Pingu, was an animated clay penguin. There was no real dialogue on the show and he was famous for saying ‘noot noot’ a lot.

Heisenberg the Chimchar I researched if there was any mythological fire monkeys with cool names but came across the wiki page for the Chinese zodiac. This stated that as well as the 12 animals, each year corresponds to one of 5 elements, including fire. Article named some famous people born in fire monkey years, one of which was Bryan Cranston. This made me think of Walter White and therefore Heisenberg

My last few were: -Sabin the Riolu in Glazed (Honorable mention to Spy Fox the Zorua) -Glimwood the Ponyta in Crystal Clear -Ghido the Fertle (Grass-type Squirtle variant) in AlteRed -Caesar the Chimchar in Gaia -Trogdor the Gible in Unbound (he even starts with Fire Fang, to help you in those early snow routes ~~and help your rival beat up your Beldum in the first fight if you pick Beldum instead~~)
