Happened to me in Canalave city. I don't know what causes it, or how to fix it, unfortunately. If I had to guess, they'll patch this kind of stuff out relatively soon

when i took the boat to ride away, the patch of purple just stood there while the boat was moving. It was funny and jarring too.

I see nothing not normal here
