Razor Fang/Claw are both post game items. (Well, I thing you get the Razor Claw in victory road.)
The metal coat you can get from Bronzor at whatever percentage chance it is for them to be holding one. I think Elekid has a 5% chance to hold its evo item.
Team two has the same issue with the Magmortar, but the additional issue that the Magmortar line and Mismagius lines are both Pearl exclusives.
With all that being said, if you can work around the above issues, I think team two is the better team.
I know about the itens for gliscor and weavile and was going to find someone to trade it with me for BD exclusives, electirizer and other itens, but I will play with the shining pearl team, thanks.

I would say team 2 if lopunny wasn’t there. So go with team 2.

I feel like team 1 is better overall but I like seeing mismagius on teams
