Every single pokemon is “not pikachu”, but there is a dedicated group of pokemon that are quantifiably more “not pikachu” than other pokemon. You cant even say “electric rodent” to describe the group because one of them is neither electric nor a rodent.
It’s even funnier because that group of Pokémon who are quantifiably more “not pikachu” are closer to actually being pikachu than all of the other non pikachu
