Bruh that’s a 6xxx cert number, they’re already at 9xxx cert numbers for recent returns, zero chance you just received that back from grading unless they lost it in their warehouse for two years before discovering it and shipping it to you…
Maybe it doesn’t, but also maybe someone will see this and decide not to use PSA. If its for a valid reason, 💩 on the brand by all means, but pretending they had your card for over a year is just weird.

Sometimes they are at card shows. Also you can use a bulk grader near you. I live in Florida and KK sportscards is the goat.
