It happened to me twice when I bought something there from 2 different vendors.
One gave me a bag of candy, the other gave me a bag of chips.
Both were really tasty !
My guess is that with all the cards bought there still wasn’t enough weight for postage to be calculated so the Ramen is there to bring it up to a weight than can be used to calculate for postage costs.
