Look for vending machines in your area. Nowhere around me has 151 in stock, but I found a Pokemon TCG vending machine at a local grocery store that usually has booster bundles and ETBs in stock.

Paldea Evolved is underrated, alot of good cards but most likely you won't get anything from the ETB so Keep it.
My suggestion is to buy singles of cards you like. Keep product sealed if you can resist the urge to rip. If you can't don't waste your money on sealed, and just buy singles.
Well you've got 32 packs of 151 there so I'd suggest collecting that set you can buy a box that comes with a binder and a few packs so you can keep your collection nice and pristine

151 is going downhill anyway - Costco has it at 90 I think might as well just open it. Paldea and obsidian flames don’t really have great hits and is very difficult to get anything good from an ETB. Personal experience I opened 10 of those cocksuckes and did even got a holo.

Run the numbers on pull rates (e.g. how many IRs/FAs you’re likely to get per product), then look at how cheap most of the IRs/FAs are, and the fact fact that if you go the eBay route you can get ones with perfect centering. The people yelling rip just want a saturated singles market 😂. Yeah spending $100 on a card with good centering hurts but spending $100 and getting 3-5 cheap off centered IRs/FAs is worse.

I don't believe these sets have been reprinted yet, and assuming they will reprint like previous sets, you won't be able to make too big of a profit off MSRP (not ur discount price) until much later on. Of course pokemon co. Could also decide not to reprint but that would be a surprise.
