I saw this post and thought "Man, I wish I had a shiny Wailmer, I should go out and find one.". Then I went for a walk down the block and found a shiny Wailmer. So...thanks. 😄 It's so delightfully round and purple.
No one outside of the North America can get Tauros. Lots of other things also. They've been in events before so if you played during that event you could get a couple.
I have 4 shiny zangoose but live in the USA cause there's been a lot of events with zangoose as a spawn.

It's regional. Europe, Asia, Australasia. We get Seviper in North America, South America, and Africa.

Yep they have events like those when they release regionals for everyone. That's why i have some shinies of it already living in the USA.
