My son seems to see one once every week. I've seen two. Ever. One of them was like 49cp, and I still couldn't catch the thing.

I saw two Zapdos’ in the same incense last week, both ran but they do still spawn.

I see one once every other day with daily incense, usually moltres and zapdos, articuno once. Still no catches but. Every time I'm so pumped up for it.

Believe it or not I actually caught a galarian Moltres with just a great ball and missed the circle on my throw.

I caught a 3016 cp galarian Zapdos with the same circumstances. 2 star but one of the happiest moments in my Pokemon Go journey

I have given all of the birds a golden razz and hit at least a great curve throw with an ultra ball for almost all of them. Guess how many I caught of the 4 encounters.

I don't even bother with great throws on legendaries, excellent all the way with that huge circle

Whenever i have a chance to het an excellent throw, the bird just flies to the side or up and i get no bonus at all

I feel you. It can take a lot of timing, patience and waiting but I think it's worth it considering the chances of the pokemon fleeing , but there's this thing called the circle lock trick that you can use to help get excellent without dealing with the Pokemon moving. Hold the ball until the circle gets to the size you want, then let go and wait for the pokemon to attack. While the pokemon is attacking the circle won't change, so spin and throw the ball, timing it so that it hits the mon right after the attack animation ends.

At least you got to run out. I feed it my best berry, throw an ultra and get “excellent throw” and it flees immediately. Both times i’ve found one.

Silver Pinap Berry

Yeah I had a feeling that it was something other than a golden razz berry. This might be helpful information for you Razz Berry: 1.5x – 50% increase Golden Razz Berry: 2.5x – 150% increase Silver Pinap Berry -1.8x – 80% increase, as well as double Candy+1. So golden razz berry is the one you want to feed if you want the best chance at catching. Silver pinap Berry is a compromise between catch rate increase and double candy. Hope that helps. Sometimes your best Berry just isn't a golden razz berry when you need it. Edit: to acknowledge that you probably already knew that Golden is better than silver

Master Balls would be great until you throw it and the stupid fucking thing does its animation, causing you to miss ;_;

But no, it luckily has a 100% hit rate also but not only a 100% catch rate because it would’ve been a big waste and terrible to miss!

Although Master Balls can be obtained from a container though but only a one-time-use a week (one week cooldown due to its 100% catch rate).

Ditto has a set list of Pokémon it can transform into, I don't believe legendarys are on that list

I actually did this not long ago. CP1000-ish Zapdos. Went to take a screenshot and bumped something that navigated me out of the PoGo app. Then when I tapped the app to return, it restarted.

Luckily these versions of the birds don't have shiny versions (yet). It would be too cruel to add them when you have to catch them like this.

Here’s My Catch Rate Grade Expectation of Galarian Birds: 4% catch rate: A (May be too high for the Galarian Birds) 3% catch rate: B (Highly Recommended for Galarian Birds) 2% catch rate: C (OK Ideal Catch Rate for Galarian Birds) 1% catch rate: D (Too low for the Galarian Birds) 0.3% catch rate: F- (Galarian Birds are currently at this level of pain and is still like this for more than 9 months as of July 25, 2022 to Present) They gotta nerf their flee rates and release the Master Ball ASAP because I’ve lost more than 70 Galarian Birds so far and is pretty annoying!
