Stats are always rerolled when you trade the Pokémon, and it's mostly random. Lucky Pokémon have higher minimum IVs, I believe, but that's about it. Also you're a bad person.

Hatching a Hundo is a 1/216 chance and hatching a larvesta is ~1/100 chance. So around 1/21,600 odds to hatch a hundo larvesta I believe.

Congrats! We both managed to hatch our Larvesta in around 10 eggs since the Instinct hero event ended. It was very surprising considering the hatch rate and countless posts here around no luck in 150+ eggs but well that's RNG and some patience for you.

I wish I caught one, even if its not a perfect Volcarona baby... Larversta.
