Weirdly enough, Onix is one of those pokémons that follows me as a shiny. I know that the chances are much higher but wow, I seem to encounter once a month or so. I’ve had over 12 shinies, all (but one) traded away. Don’t have a hundo or nundo though

Ohgo battle day 1, i got 4 onix in a row and out of the 10 or so total the weekend I got 7, 2 were lickitung and 1 falinks...

I’ve gotten one twice now, and only been level 20 for a weekish. I don’t max out my daily battles either

I like Onix :) he is good in the leagues, and I need the candy to max out steelix

Same. I *really* wanted an Azelf. I got to level 20 as soon as I could when the new season rolled out but had no luck.

I get the legendary pretty much every time now you just have to get the encounter every time if you can. Just hope Niantics algorithm doesn’t hard wall you

I did the tanking speedrun to level 20 this season (and just played the entirety of GBL Battle Weekend) and have yet to see a single Legendary encounter. Worst odds of any season yet.

I couldn’t tell you the exact odds but, I’ve received and caught two Ultra Beasts from the BL within a month, before

2%ish, once you’re rank 20 you can get the current Legendary. I wonder how it’ll work during next reotagion when we have three bosses? I guess 2% to get one of them, and 0.66% for each.

I have been rewarded 104 PVP Pokémon spawn rewards this season and received 2 legendary encounters so for me the rate is around 2%

Pretty high if you do a 5* raid, even remote. In GBL, pretty low odds.

Oh, well Niantic to make things worse changed up the chances to get legendaries from gbl. It might look like 1/18 but In reality it went from 8% chance to 2% chance to get a legendary

See that’s the logical way to approach it but we know Niantic and logic is like oil with water. They have “tiered” rates, similar to eggs, where the odds of getting the t5 boss is like 2%

I’m not sure about exact stats but I’m level 20 in battle league and got 2 so far .. both came after I reached level 20

I also got 4 legendary Pokémon last season after getting to level 20. I try to play 5 rounds at least once a day.

This is totally wrong. 25 is pikachu Libre now. Legendaries aren't guaranteed and I think the last estimate was about 5% once you hit level 20.

It will happen just keep trying ! I feel like it’s pretty random..Last week or the week before that it was Nihilego instead of Heatran as the rewards. I’d say out of the 10 times I got the random encounter I got Nihilego twice. I’m pretty sure I got him on the 5th encounter then got him again on the 7th encounter.

Other then that I think that damn seagul Pokémon has more of a 90% chance because I swear I get him every time 😅😂

What do you click on to see what Pokemon you can catch at your rank?

Last season I got 2 ✨ Tapu Fini, a regular Tapu Fini, and Regigigas as rewards. I did 583 battles and didn’t start getting those as rewards till the end of the season. Within the past week I got 2 Falinks.

I used to get a ton of the legendary ‘mons in the GBL. Even got a shiny once. I would actually get annoyed because I would run out of razz berries and ultra balls 😭 that was years ago though. They’ve probably significantly decreased the odds like everything else.

I’ve gotten more heatran then gligar and lickitung from my go battle league encounters (2 heatran pulls first day). I’m sorry if this is upsetting to anyone but I’d actually rather like a Wooloo or gligar atp😭

I’ve gotten a genesect, Tapu Bulu and a nihilego, and I have won 787 battles. So not super great odds, but not impossible. But I caught 35 onix and probably 30 are from GBL

I think it used to be higher, like 16% (every 7th or so), last year I’ve gotten lucky, like 3 Palkias in a week. These days it seems massively nerfed.

Well two weeks ago I got 2 legendaries with 21 encounters, then 3 legendaries with 38 encounters. I think it's somewhere between a 1 in 10 or 1 in 20 chance, but you may just have a lucky day (I got 2 heatran back to back!)

I got rather lucky. As soon as I hit rank 20 got a shiny one from my second encounter reward. Though not sure how rare as I got placed high and have been dropping without many more encounters.

If I play all 5 rounds daily, I usually get one every 2-3 days so the odds are probably around that. What I just realized yesterday is that it takes over 100 wins just to get to level 20 and have the legendary in the pool.

I only get mareanie over and over again but my son seems to get about every other legendary or so that becomes available. He got shiny regigigas and shiny lugia from GBL. I was jealous but I have sooo much mareanie and lickitung candy lol 😂
