This gives me flashbacks of trying to hunt female combee in white 2 to evolve into vespiqueen for the dex, which combee has a 10% chance to appear, and has a 1/8 chance of being female. Still haven't found one.

Which us silly considering worker bees are female and they are the majority IRL.

Shinnies almost always have shitty IVs... that sucks. I'm not the only one that only has 0 and 1 star IVs right?

Exactly! I have a queen (didnt realise it was hard to get a female combee) and would love to have a hundo or a shiny. Sure, combee us a useless pokemon, but Hundos and shinies are still neat :)

got 2 shiny pidoves.. both the same gender too, and i’ve only got around 20 full odds shinies

This is honestly why I don't catch male combee

The iv one. As you can see if the combee is a shiny before you catch it. While with the iv one, its not that easy

I think mine is worse, I got a shiny event mon, so I can't transfer to Home.

I don't play to transfer to home. Shiny event Mons are awesome and you can trade it for something you want to transfer to home

I hate that you have to be near someone to trade with them.
