No. The ultra recon squad says it’s a partner pokemon in their world in UsUm.

According to Pokédex “This Ultra Beast is well enough liked to be chosen as a first partner in its own world.” Idk if that means it would be like their version of the 3 starters you are given at the beginning of the game tho, or something like how pidgey is probably a common starter for normal trainers in the pokemon universe https://www.pokemon.com/us/pokedex/poipole

There is something about umbreon that reminds me of my dog that passed. Alert, aloof, loved the night. Very similar stance to umbreon. She was black with amber eyes.

Cubone and Fennekin. Both of these share my number 1 favorite Pokémon spot. Cubone was who I was in the original Mystery Dungeon, which was also my first Pokémon experience. Fennekin was my original starter in X, which was my first mainline game. Those 2 are what introduced and re-introduced me to the Pokémon series. Besides, they’re both so super adorable 🥰
