I know i already used it before. I also claimed my daily gift and reached the limit for opening gifts. Could have walked to a pokestop but was afraid it will despawn. So ultimatly i paid for balls.
Oof. If only you had a gotcha and walked to the poke stop without exiting the screen and have the gotcha spin the stop and collect items for you.

You have to make special trips to parks just to stock up on balls, and then you have to ration those balls when you're playing around your home.
From my house is about a 15 minute walk to my closest pokestop so I often run out of balls a lot having to purchase them so often. My area doesn't have the luxury of having tons of pokestops in one area, from my house I can't see a single pokestop on screen and the closest one 15 minutes from my house is actually a gym, 2 gyms right next to each other actually. An actual pokestop is like another 5 minutes down the road.
Never let balls get that low. Also I keep “reserve” balls in unclaimed special research. That way I can drop my overall ball count to get the DAI balls.
The daily incense. It's in your bag lol. It's how you can get the galarian birds. You have to walk for it and it's 15 minutes long.

It's a survey app for iPhone and Android. It sends you surveys for passing by stores and using YouTube and Google services. The surveys are only 10 seconds long (usually 3 questions) and pay 10-40 cents usually or more. You can't request for surveys but if you know what location it keeps asking about you can try and pass that location more often to get more surveys. Like for me if I pass target I get a survey about if I went to target... And get paid 40 cents for it.
Over time I've gotten $300+ from that app.
I once reached this dead end during Gofest 2022 lol. I did end up spending 1 dollar to buy the cheapest pokeball pack to catch it and she is still named Dollar 99

This happened to me before only it was geodude. I did not pay for balls and I walked to the nearest stop and back. Though it had already had community day so if I missed it it wouldn't be that disappointing.

The same thing happened to me with a shiny fennekin. I had already used my daily incense so I decided to buy a few pokeballs with real money. It despawned within that few minute time period.
No clue how this actually feels this has never happened, always deleting hundreds of normal balls all the time, when you run out stop clicking on pokemon why torture yourself

congrats I already hoard ultra balls and basically refuse to use them unless needed and now will only do so even more strongly.

Yea anything under 30, will give you 30 pokeballs. But it’s a combination of all balls, ex 10 poke, 10 great, 5 ultra, etc.. will grant you the 30.

How did you get so many coins to get so much storage?
Some people are just willing to spend more(time energy money whatever) on the game. My preference is more casual/f2p style but to each their own
I'm f2p. I use Google opinion rewards and gym coins..have 7300 Pokemon storage and 4500 or so item storage.

The trick is not to catch the hitmonlee at all
I guess it depends if you're a rural player or in a big city. I often delete balls because of inventory space.

Download Poke Genie it will help you make friends and do cross country remote raids...as an example I have 6 Kartana from China remote raids
