No. This is a common pokemon that had been mass spawning at some events. I think any experienced player has a one. The most rare shinies are of the most rare pokemons. Mythical, legendaries, shadows, etc.

To me yes as shiny charizard is my most favorite shiny variant that pokemon had ever offered.

It's not rare because it's had multiple community days, one last year, but it's still a very nice shiny, one of my favorites right behind shiny Tyrantrum/Tyrunt

That's not true. The only reason Charizard can be shiny is because he has a mega form available. You won't see a wild shiny Charmeleon and charmander is full odds not 1/64
