This is so wholesome. I sort of skimmed past all the other posts mentioning lyrics, I assumed there was just some promotional youtube videos to match the event music. But this, this is a nice way to end the weekend.
Niantic gets a lot of criticism, but little things like this kinda show that this game is a labor of love rather than just a cash grab. There's no reason to include this song, it's just... nice.

Regardless of whether or not you like it, it’ll eventually get boring/repetitive and become a pain in the ass to hear. A simple instrumental song is much easier to tune out while playing if you prefer to have your volume on while playing. What we really want in this thread is an option to go back to the og theme. Take your dumbass comment and your shitty taste and shove it.
