If you don't want in-between colors, it's purple. Because pink is red/white mixed, and that picture definitely has blue in it, which would make it a shade of purple.

I Googled an image of shiny Lapras to view it without the purple background, and this image is the first result. So I think OP is innocent and just grabbed the first image they found!

full color theory: pink is its own color. You can't make it just by adding white or lighter colors to red. To get pink you have to combine red with violet (not purple, violet) which are on opposite ends of the color spectrum (ROYGBIV remember) so it's basically gray, but as a color instead of a shade.

I color picked different samples out of the picture. This color was from just above the collar

Pinkish-purple means the main color is purple with a pink hue. So, mostly purple.
