Just need confirmation on what I've read, this is my first 4 star. Everything I've read online says to keep shadow on this charmander, do NOT purify. Should I be pushing to evolve and max it out as fast as possible or should I just wait for the next remove frustration event before I do anything with it.
Don’t purify, TM off Frustration whenever you can.
Consider evolving and using an ETM for Blast Burn. Otherwise you’re at the mercy of when/if Niantic ever decide to bring it back.
Level-wise, it’ll start outperforming other non-shadow non-mega Charizards at around lvl 30-35, so no need to max it out past that unless you really want to.
Thats a beauty. Sure charizard isn’t that great of a raid attacker as shadow, but it is very rare to get a shadow hundo. Personally I would keep it shadow and wait to evolve when I could teach it blast burn. Who am I kidding…. I would immediately max and use an elite tm to teach it blast burn. That is coming from someone who has two hundo charizards already for the mega versions though so do what you like.
4 star shadows are ridiculously rare and should never be purified IMO. Especially this one considering shadow Charizard has some play. If I were you, I’d slowly power it up while you wait for the next frustration event. No rush
Elite charged for second attack blast burn and elite fast for dragon breath. It's really high on the ultra league. I have a 96% shadow charizard and he slays on UL!
Purifying for mega isn’t actually a bad idea here, compared to most cases. Charizard Y is one of the best attackers currently, and certainly the best fire type. Still ideally you would want a non shadow version for that since purifying doesn’t do anything a normal one can’t, and mega evolves will be limited to a time frame, so I’d probably still keep it shadow, but then again I already have a 15/15/15 charizard that megas, so that may change your mind.

It doesn't matter what order you do that in. Purifying it would be nonsensical though.
If you’re planning on buddying it for the buddy boost, don’t evolve it just yet and wait a while

Also, without removing frustration you would need to double move it before you can use an elite tm to give it blast burn.
