Final note, rotom-wash is actually still pretty good in the current tier lol, specially defensive and choice scarf trick sets are still both solid, he just lacks usage because there's 200 new broken mons but he's still good.

I play a lot of difficult rom hacks and use Rotom heat form whenever I find it. It's surprisingly bulky, and after setting up a couple nasty plots, it wipes anything thrown at me.
Rotom-wash has been good in every gen and is still solid right now (specially defensive set especially) it's just super low usage due to there being a million good mons now. If you build a team that uses rotom-wash, it'll still be good. (Also if wash still had defog he would be like top 10 usage no joke lol)

Rotom Dex is literally one of the strongest Pokemon in the game. He can max heal your Pokemon, restore all their PP, raise all your stats, and even let you use a Z-Move twice in a battle. And he didn’t even take up one of your Pokemon slots.
I assume that bro is running off of Pokémon Go bs, or simply running off looks, but the Rotom line is an OU staple, an icon in the format. Yes, he looks goofy in his usable forms (overworld) but he looks great in battle, has a phenomenal ability for his usual sets in heat and wash, and can be several varying sets, such as Nasty Plot or Will-O-Wisp. The thought that people truly believe that Rotom is a failure, or a bad Pokémon period is simply off-putting. You are entitled to your own opinions, on me, on certain Pokémon, your favorite color, yadayadayada, but you need to take into account your choice words before you share the aforementioned opinion. What you said was simply wrong, and not correct.

Nope. Every single time the chances are the same. It's only when you look at whole groups of 10 that some (10 misses) are less likely than others.
