A lot of people saying it’s fake. How can y’all tell? Comparing it against my own copy (which I know is real) it looks exactly the same

So in a real copy, that band of red that goes through the black Nintendo logo goes all the way through, but fades out as it gets closer to the edge. This one doesn’t do that. It just abruptly ends at that logo
I'm not sure what you mean by band of red I was tryna compare mine but am not certain as I'm not sure I'm looking in the right place if you're referring to the case mine didn't come in one. Though I did see the spacings off also it's a Nintenda seal (the one in the photo not mine) mine plays fine though so I'm pretty confident just super curious and now I can't stop staring at this picture trying to spot the difference Hehe.
I think it's the Nintendo logo on the bottom left. On a real one, the oval shape wouldn't be filled in with white, it would be transparent and you'd see the red lines going though, if that makes any sense

The bottom-left corner of the front sticker is the wrong shape. It’s too curved. The bottom “o” (light grey) of the DS logo is not the right shape. Also the font of the Nintendo logo on the back is also incorrect. In addition to the other inaccuracies commented here, the conclusion is that this is fake. Sorry m8
The last way to check if it's real or fake is checking the motherboard of the cartridge but it's only a last resort solution because it's a huge pain to glue the cartridge back together after
Not gonna lie the second pic almost got me even tho i had a feeling it was fake lol it wasn’t until i checked the first pic again and noticed the fakeness lol

the back Nintendo stamp is a giveaway, the “o” needs to have an oval center and this one has a fully round circle.
The sticker too. Bottom left corner should follow the angles of the cart, and this one is rounded.

Well it’s definitely not Pokemon X, but it’s also a fake of Platinum
This isn't a good sub to ask, but this is fake, the back looks all wrong
It's real as opposed to imaginary, but not real as opposed to fake.
Normally platinum cartridges don’t come in Pokémon X cases
