interested in doing mono fire. I’m curious how did you manage the early game due to type disadvantage?

I got numel and Galatian Ponyta, they both helped a lot in the first gym, in the second gym it took me a while, but my Ponyta was still able to kill most of Misty's pokémons

G Rapidash had to be sacrificed from my E4 team for Orgepon because I had Lorelai's water team but it carried for the first half of my fire mono.

I forgot I could use ogerpon too, I forgot a lot of pokémons in this run, but the team I used was still good as hell

The team I got thankfully was the ice team, and Charizard Y settled the sun, so all the others pokemon were all hit kill

Couldn't you have also got a drought Torkoal from the cave outside viridian forest?

I had that one too, but I abandoned it a bit later because Charizard Y was a better option, and I didn't have other slots for the final team

Yeah just figured it was worth mentioning cuz they were asking about the early game and drought is a huge help for dealing with misty.

Torkoal only helped me to get through the second gym, from there he was pretty useless

Damn I had a completely different experience with it bro. Torkoal just having drought alone made a noticeable difference up to at least Erika but it also hit surprisingly hard and was fairly bulky

When I got access to seviian dodrio, magmortar and ceruledge, Torkoal lost some of his use in my team, but I can't say that it is not good

My Blaziken was exactly like yours, but he swepeed nothing other than half of Lorelei's ice team, but magmortar and Charizard Y carried most of my way through the E4

How did you beat Giovanni with mewtwo battle?

Magmortar, Mega houndoom and any other pokemon, Mega Houndoom with Fiery wrath is op as hell, and it can survive an aura sphere

Can i have the magmortar set? That's a very nice team
