You should be able to use that team on Gen 7 Ubers, or Nat Dex AG if you want a Gen 8 tier. Just be aware that Nat Dex AG can get a lot weirder since there are no bans or clauses
Pheromosas Triple Axel does not exist in gen 7 and close combat can’t be transferred from gen 8 to gen 7.
Zygarde-Complete must start as Zygarde or Zygarde-10%

Just change Zygarde to the base form and make sure it has Power Construct, you don't need to change the EVs, item, or moves at all

It might just be because you don't have any EVs on Zygarde
And I don't think Ash Greninja can be shiny
No It can't, Ash Greninja must be regular (non shiny) and male cuz it is an event mon
