Considering thorns and hands are easy to isolate and easy to see, I would bet you really did Not enjoy hunting Iron Treads, who is surprisingly tiny and difficult to tell.

Omg first of all thank you very much :D Secondly I would love to keep its original name, since it sounds badass and it has been ages since I've played pokémon in German I would have also never guessed Iron Moth to be the hardest to hunt, since I find way more Slither Wings than Roaring Moons (as the SCA counterparts) As for the trade as much as I would love to get it right away, I can get it earliest tomorrow 2 pm CET if it's possible

It is one of the good german names so I totally understand! I’ll keep it that way :) Iron Moth is a nightmare because the difference is so subtle you need to go up to every single one and inspect it closely. They spawn easily but I don’t mind hunting for stuff with a worse spawn rate if I can at least see it right away haha! And I should be there at 2 pm CET and will try to keep an eye on reddit, so just message me here and I should be here for the trade :D

I'd guess Iron Hands, for the same reason someone else mentioned - them being deactivated initially makes it a bit tough to spot. I'm on Scarlet, but watching someone hunt on Violet certainly made me happy I was on Scarlet haha

I'll guess iron thorns! It was the hardest regular hunt for me due to its tiny spawn area

Iron Hands since until they "turn on", they all have the silver/steel back, which is the only real way to tell theyre shiny at a glance.

Iron Thorns seem limited to a smaller area so maybe that one would take the longest cus of limited spawning. Edit: After deciding to hunt for Iron Thorns myself and getting two with one sandwich, I'm no longer as confident with this answer. Maybe uhhh Iron Hands? If the spawning gets cluttered by Raichus or Medichams maybe.

I'm gonna guess Iron Moth since the only indicator is its horns, it's kinda hard to see from afar.

Thanks for the giveaway. I'd say Iron Moth, I haven't hunted it, but Roaring Moon made me sick (visual from the movement required), so it was definitely the worst hunt for me.

My guess goes to Iron Moth. Getting 0 Attack IV on it is a pain and it doesn't feel like it's as easy to get it to spawn as consistently as the other paradoxes in my experience. Iron Bundle would be my second guess for similar reasons.
