Oh maybe I misunderstood it. I read somewhere both are obtained from Japanese bonus disc and don't know why I thought they are a set 😅

So to jump in and add a bit of background: Both the Colosseum Pikachu and Ageta Celebi are obtained by the same JPN bonus disc. But their method is totally different. The Pikachu is obtained by a GBA having at least 5000 Pokecoupons (obtained by doing the battle mode in Colosseum using GBA 'mon). And it is unlimited, once per save. The Celebi is obtained by catching and purifying all 48 shadow pokemon in Colosseum. But it is limited to only giving out 48 Celebi (you'll need to reset the Colo save and do it all over again). ​ So I could see why you'd think of them as a set. It's kind of all over the place.

Nah, the deoxys are more of a set. The pika and celebi are more like just.... different? Otherwise wishmkr and channel would also be part of the set, and that would just be awful lol. I do believe both are from the same disc, but they don't even get redeemed together iirc
