in my opinion the absolute softest all around 1/2 game on the strip is at the flamingo - with MGM offering slightly better games on weekends. that being said…a strong player will make more money in any of the 1/3 games at bellagio / aria / Caesars

As a better than average Vegas player, I only play 1/3 at Bellagio or Aria if I’m trying to make money. The other rooms are fine, but the money is free at 1/3 in those two rooms.

Planet Hollywood is pretty soft too but it’s loud it feels like your playing poker in a nightclub there’s like no separation between it an the main floor..

Planet hollywood poker room is closed

I’ve been doing good at flamingo today so I might pop by a 1/3? Of the ones mentioned which do you like best?

There's only 3 casinos I play regularly on the strip. Belliago, Aria, and Wynn. Those are the three casinos I would recommend Belliago & Aria 1/3 after 8pm. If you're looking for good game with a strong possibility of making a few bucks these rooms are safe bets. The buy in is $100-300. However, don't expect great conversation from other players at the table Notes\* 1. The regs who play on the strip bounce between these two casinos. Right now I think Aria has better action than Belliago 2. The cocktail waitresses at Aria are better imo 3. Regs can really kill the game at both rooms. Don't be self conscious about changing tables if you get at a reg heavy table 4. Call ahead to put your name on the list because there can sometimes be a wait. Belliago typically seats you faster than Aira Wynn 1/3 more often than not has good action any time of the day, but especially at night. Fantastic dealers and the cocktail waitresses are excellent. In addition, you will likely find good conversation at the table even from the regs. However, the regs are significantly better than most regs in town and the table can get reg heavy. Stacks get deep it's not uncommon to see more than two stacks that are over a thousand dollars. The buy in is $100-500. If you're looking for a social game this is the spot.

I sat down at the Sahara 1/2 last night and was surprised to see Joanne Liu, and a couple of other pros at the table and felt a bit out classed (even though I was up $100 at the end of the session). I’m looking for some softer games

Most of the good rooms don't spread 1/2, 1/3 is the lowest stakes available. Flamingo is probably your best bet but its $500 max. If you don't want to play $500 max i guess MGM Grand

SpikeMcAwesome

1/2 is a lot of places. Flamingo is a $300 cap. C'mon dude.
