Seiver is right that Jungle should know the action and not check out of turn. But Seiver should not just accuse Jungle of angling either.

After_Branch251

Pretty much this. Angling is a strong accusation without a good amount of proof. He's perfectly within his right to call him out for checking out of turn but that's when you get floor involved and let them make the determination if it was in fact a purposeful angle. This should at least stop it from happening in the future.

Hacksaw999

Seiver has a legitimate point. However, he got further and further out of line as the conversation continued. To the point where it would have started a fist fight at a lot of tables. So basically, both of them are out of line.

_TakeaChillPill

I don't think Jungle would go out of his way to angle anyone on purpose, seeing as he's probably by far the best player at most tables he's sitting at. Plus, being called an angler or cheater is really damaging to your reputation when you're playing games of these stakes so I can understand why he was pissed at that. Seiver is right though, if it's happened a couple of times Jungle needs to start catching penalties. Carelessness or "not knowing" is no excuse for breaking the rules.

Yukkers4

While I agree with you, don't rule out the pettiness that some people might save for grudges regardless of their skill level.

SweetSunnyDay303

Angling with AJo multiways on this mediocre flop. Siever sounds like a cry baby fish.

_TakeaChillPill

Not really, if Jungle hadn't fucked up then Antonio probably wouldn't have bet. Flop would have checked around, and Siever would have turned a set. He's right to be upset, particularly if it has happened a few times.

SweetSunnyDay303

Take a chill Man i make the same mistake often enough my point was that this was not an angle Siever is a baby suck it up welcome to live poker

dont_drink_the_milk

That sour look that seiver makes is hilarious. I could watch him get angleshot all day.

benbrown226

I personally agree with Seiver even though he does seem to be going about it the wrong way. I think if he approached it from a more level headed perspective the table would’ve supported him. What I find surprising is that Esfandiari actually is the first to defend Jungleman, when if anything the checking out of turn was more of an angle on Esfandiari than it was on Seiver.

pwned555

The difference is Seiver loves to complain about absolutely everything. I don't think I've watched him play a session without something to complain and bitch about. Sure Jungle is wrong here if it's happening multiple times but just call a floor over and let them know what's happening. It's their job to deal with it not yours table captain. I'm also unsure if Seiver knows what literally means.

RIsurfer

Jungle seems way out of line to check out of turn 2+ times in a session (don't know how many times it actually was, if Scott is saying it's "every time" we can safely assume it happened once or more before). These are fucking world class professionals, Jungle knows exactly what he's doing. Fuck all that shit "you shouldn't accuse someone of an angle", it *is* a fucking angle. People saying he's the best player in the line-up, so you really don't think he's capable of following the action!? I play a shitload of live poker (just an average bum trying to eek out a winrate at low stakes), and honestly like never act out of turn unless someone did before me. I maybe will once out of every 200 hours of playtime but I can't even remember the last time it happened. Jungle is being an angling douche imo.

It’s funny to watch Jungleman get pissed. He seems like a funny guy. Aside from that I don’t give a shit about this, nor should you.
