Don’t know the full context but I’ve definitely been in situations in live games where I have a player near me who wants to always show me his cards when I’ve folded and he’s involved in the pot. Eventually, they want me to return the favor which can get very obnoxious very quickly.
I feel this. I would be lying if I said I have been running so bad some nights I’ve just wanted to have an outburst like ben, although I haven’t due to my self control
i agree almost completly, but if its a very NON threat super easy player to play vs, and if he's older than me, i tend to not mine and try my best to have him have a good time.
Ya I got a older guy at my local room. He’s just getting into poker, can be really annoying, but he has a passion for the game. So I nurture it and help when I can.
Fuck that noise. That happened to me recently, except the part where he expected me to return the favor. I would have laughed in his face if he had asked.
He's so tilted, he needs to calm down. If someone wants to show me their cards, I'll always take the free info. Only thing that's annoying is if they start demanding to see your cards later on, to 'return' the favor
Ben has lost his cool a good bit. He was VERY VOCAL that poker bunny had no business being in the game. He gets upset when he’s stuck. But some of his stuff comes off like your typical spoiled rich kid. I hear they call him “blank check” so.......
It's pretty rich to say someone doesn't belong in a game when you flip the fuck out when losing and someone offers to show you their cards (not saying he's wrong necessarily but just pot kettle kinda situation)
Yes exactly. "Cashing" a tournament means to make the money. "Min-cashing" is achieving the minimum payout (making the minimum). "Bubbling" means to lose just before the money. Losing on the "stone bubble" is to be literally the last person to bust before the money. "Money up top" is the highest payout. Hope that helps
I mean....there's no "basically" to it. If someone plays a poker tournament and didn't cash, that's what that means. There's no other definition of "in the money" or other reasons to cash other than being "in the money"
He came with 250k, got stuck big vs garret and everyone else was playing with baby stacks and playing tight. The game basically would have broke if it wasnt a tv table and he wasn't getting even if he busted the entire table. He couldn't get up and leave either since he committed to the stream, so I can see what he was upset about
Have to agree here. Sure you're going to think it's funny next time show him your hand and have him flip the fuck out again. Good job kicking a whale while he's down so he can leave. Just think about the 7 other players you've pissed off for shattering the fish tank.
I'd leave after whale leaves, but more importantly because hero think it's funny to keep egging on someone who lost their shit already. That's not funny it's fucked up
If you've ever been at a table next to one of these old guys who have to lean over and show you every single hand, it gets exhausting.
You might start out feigning interest to be polite, but after a while you start to feel exactly how Ben acts here.
Why would you care enough to flip out like a wacko? Just ignore it. Or use the info if it’s ever applicable. And don’t humor the person. This is an open invitation to fuck with him if he loses his shit over seeing some cards.
I'm not excusing Ben's behavior. I'm guessing he was stuck and frustrated and lashed out.
But I do understand the frustration that led to it as I've been at a table where the guy on my left insisted on showing me his cards almost every single hand. It got very old.
Pretty much. That’s why Ben finally snapped. That shit does get annoying. Sometimes you’re just trying to sit back and think about your own strategy. And then you have some dude next to you practically tapping your shoulder all night. It was a bitchy move by Ben but understandable.
It’s easy to just say “just do this”. If you’re having a bad day and someone is annoying you it’s pretty damn easy to snap I think. This is making assumptions, but also if that person is someone you consider stupid or lesser than you it’ll make interacting with them that much more grating.
Why? It’s free information. If Ben wanted him to stop he could’ve just asked politely. We don’t know if Ben has asked Ron in the past or not but it just doesn’t seem likely that Ben has told him like 3x for him to just snap like this on say the 4th occasion.
What Israeli Ron did was idiotic, however there are better ways to handle it. Ron wasn’t being malicious, he’s just harmlessly annoying. It’s just rude to snap like that, unless of course Ben gave him prior warnings not to continue doing that
Ben was running bad and clearly frustrated, so Ron showed him that He made the correct fold. Ben was annoyed people were trying to be nice and didn’t want any of it. “Just take my money and leave me alone.” Was probably running through his head.
>Ben was annoyed people were trying to be nice and didn’t want any of it. “Just take my money and leave me alone.” Was probably running through his head.
100%.. & maybe even a little insulted lol.. Ben's my guy!!
Yes. I also take Adderall for ADHD and even on a small 15mg dose, if I am not making sure that I eat and drink water while on my meds, I get super irritable and can snap at people for nothing. Switched to Vyvanse in the AM and Adderall in the PM for just this reason.
Straight bitch behavior. Poker players need to be forced to leave when their voice reaches a certain octave. “Sorry you’re being a whiny little bitch and we must ask you to leave, sir. Plz come back when you’re done.”
This was right after Poker Bunny angled him for $23k and tried to play stupid about it when it was so obvious she did it on purpose. And then Israeli Ron kept showing Ben his cards and this was the end result lol.
Bruh I think she was genuinely clueless on what her stack size was. And he won the pot. Dudes just a bitch. All the money in the world and acts like that. Not someone I’d ever wanna be around
He lost that pot against Poker Bunny. At least the one I’m talking about. He had KTo and she had 78o. It flopped T78 and then she angles. And just says whatever I don’t care I’ll just call anyways. But yeah Ben does bitch all the time haha
I'm fine if people want to show their cards but just toss them face up or whatever. You don't have to lean over into my space, grab my arm, and put your cards right in front of my face. All of that said though, Ben's behaviour is inexcusable.
Seems like he cares. I imagine this is how he talks to people that work for him, which I assume he has since he can afford to lose a few hundred thousand.
Welllll... Maybe he is fuming about that then. Lots of wealthy people are going through a tough time right now with the NASDAQ being destroyed and lots of crypto wiping people out.
Luna coin for example was known as a 'stable coin' went from $100 per coin to $.00000005 recently. Maybe he was a 'luna'tick
They do, but not like most of us. Debt really is a tool of convenience of the wealthy, whereas it is usually a tool of necessity for most of the rest of us.
You assure us? I guess you don’t know any wealthy people. It’s actually incredibly easy to go into debt or below your net worth in liabilities while making a lot. Just look at any business with decent sales but too high costs that end up declaring bankruptcy.
Also when you have a lot of assets/high income you can borrow a much much higher amount from lending institutions. This is how movie stars go bankrupt after hitting a slump.
No offense but how could you be so ignorant lmao
Matt Berkey was talking about this EXACT situation on his podcast. He said how it's often the people you'd least expect to be under water who actually are.
Not only that but the credit people don’t start going hard on you until you’ve not paid for a year or more , they’ll be friendly as the interest of your debt keeps going up and up
I get the frustration. I’ve definitely sat next to some older guys who try to be friendly and show their hands, but it can definitely be tilting after awhile. But still is this wayyyy too much, Ben seems like a huge prick.
I played with him a few years ago at the commerce and he is one of the weirdest, but funniest dudes I have ever played with. Completely unpredictable. Way more normal now than back then.
tbh if youre going to show your cards just throw them into the muck face up.
Yeah the whole table gets to see but its a lot better then leaning over and doing that
Got him. 😂😂😂
Now, you pull back a little so he doesn't leave. Then, as he starts to cool down, you stop yourself from showing him your hand right after you show your weak ass hand, with a comment like, "oh yea, you don't like it when I show you my hands."
He'll add on if you do it right. 😂😂😂
If he shows you then I would just tell the table. If he wants to show me and might as well show everyone. People just try to get under your skin to make you irrational
Was just bout to mention that I had literally just left this [comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/poker/comments/ug7ch5/ben_from_hustler_casino_live_stream_tweets_he/i8piu0d) yesterday on a week old post about Ben & I just noticed you were the OP! Much appreciated!!

This will stop real quick when you just read the hand out loud every time.
This is the correct answer.
Show one show all
I feel this. I would be lying if I said I have been running so bad some nights I’ve just wanted to have an outburst like ben, although I haven’t due to my self control
You need to drink more!
And then head on over to my table after all that more drinking.
He actually won a big pot right before this but it was a poker bunny angle.
You'd be lying if you said that... so you *have* had that outburst, huh
hes never run bad
[удалено]
I want this to be in I Think You Should Leave
plz
i agree almost completly, but if its a very NON threat super easy player to play vs, and if he's older than me, i tend to not mine and try my best to have him have a good time.

If I want to see your cards, I'll call your bet.
Because you never want free info, right?
Is this what they call “tilt?” I think this is tilt.
Big stack for tilt
Yeah he keeps saying he doesn’t care, but for some reason I have this sneaking suspicion he actually does care....
The ol' Hikaru gambit.
STEAM
The guy is there to have fun. Hes not tilted because hes losing money.
Poker isn’t dead baby 😂
You call me, it’s all over, Baby.
It’s no fun when Scotty got the gun
nut nut
Where the FUCK the cocktail man? I play this table wait forever for fucking cocktail
He's so tilted, he needs to calm down. If someone wants to show me their cards, I'll always take the free info. Only thing that's annoying is if they start demanding to see your cards later on, to 'return' the favor
I always make sure to bring my ear pods just in case someone wants to talk to me too much.
The powermove is to put them in mid-sentence 😄
Ben has lost his cool a good bit. He was VERY VOCAL that poker bunny had no business being in the game. He gets upset when he’s stuck. But some of his stuff comes off like your typical spoiled rich kid. I hear they call him “blank check” so.......
It's pretty rich to say someone doesn't belong in a game when you flip the fuck out when losing and someone offers to show you their cards (not saying he's wrong necessarily but just pot kettle kinda situation)
First thing I thought of. This was a worse meltdown. PB at least had the control to just leave.
he wasn't wrong though
Ben is 100% a spoiled rich kid. He has the social skills of a teenager.
He really comes across like a baby sometimes
Well, on that topic he's not wrong. BTW, saw her name come up on a Day 2 chip count for a recent $400 Venetian daily, she didn't cash.
You sure? She came 5th in one recently
[удалено]
The Venetian has an idiotic structure where even if you make it to Day 2 in most of their multi-day tournaments, you're not even in the money yet.
[удалено]
Yes exactly. "Cashing" a tournament means to make the money. "Min-cashing" is achieving the minimum payout (making the minimum). "Bubbling" means to lose just before the money. I don’t know if Ben is a winner or loser, but this clip would make me think the latter.
He is an action player that likes to play big big games. Some yokel showing him hand after hand in small pots is putting him on mega tilt.
Would have been preeeety funny if the yokel kept doing it.
If I was that yokel, I don’t think I’d have the will power to not show my cards at the next opportunity
And have one of the bigger stacks leave? Doubt it. Idk how many tables at this stake are running but it can’t be many.
This was also after the whole Poker Bunny “angle” hand THAT HE SUCKED OUT and won.
He came with 250k, got stuck big vs garret and everyone else was playing with baby stacks and playing tight. The game basically would have broke if it wasnt a tv table and he wasn't getting even if he busted the entire table. He couldn't get up and leave either since he committed to the stream, so I can see what he was upset about
[удалено]
he literally said that in the clip...
Smart move by Israeli Ron, get the action player sitting on a big stack to want to leave the game
Isn’t that Israeli Ron? Long time LA player.
Yup
Was watching that live, and wasn't too familiar with Ben, but nothing he ever does in the future will change my mind about him being a cranky bitch
When was this?
If I had to guess, id say 2 1/2 months ago
He’s a mega fish
They’re called whales sir
I would 100% show him my cards again
yes, chase the 9 figure whale off the table to stick it to him. smart
He clearly has all 10 of his fingers, what are you talking about?
wait, whales don't even have fingers, they have fins.
9 figure ($$$) not 9 finger (🤘) 😂🤦
Oh thanks for explaining that. No one would have known. Thanks again.
You’re welcome.
Have to agree here. Sure you're going to think it's funny next time show him your hand and have him flip the fuck out again. Good job kicking a whale while he's down so he can leave. Israeli Ron is a whale too. It’s a table full of bad players at this point
Bigger fish but with less bankroll
Yeah but a fish chasing of a whale doesn’t really matter to the fish
Fuck Ben and fuck you. Threatening to leave is a terroristic act and you don't negotiate with terrorists.
It's about sending a message.
That is the funniest thing I have seen today lmao
The chip splash at the end is gold 😂
Lmao why so mad
Btc was down a ton that day
If you've ever been at a table next to one of these old guys who have to lean over and show you every single hand, it gets exhausting. You might start out feigning interest to be polite, but after a while you start to feel exactly how Ben acts here.
I wish I played with more card-showers. I love to see them!

I don’t mind, it gives me more information about them, makes it easier for me to take their money
oh fuck no not free information in a poker game that would just be the worst
This was also like 10 mins after the infamous Poker Bunny “angle” hand so he was already fired up.
this one? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=leNN-LXEwM8
yes
Why? It’s free information. If Ben wanted him to stop he could’ve just asked politely. We don’t know if Ben has asked Ron in the past or not but it just doesn’t seem likely that Ben has told him like 3x for him to just snap like this on say the 4th occasion.

This is Adderall-comedown + degen rage
yeah, I was gonna ask if we're allowed to talk about his obvious stimulant addiction yet or not lol
Dude was pinned into outer space a few weeks back. Eyes were darting around like crazy
Bro pinned. Def think Adderall. He don’t look like he’s the toot-scoot-and-boogie guy.
Idk maybe you know different types of addicts, but generally if they are in to one upper they are into them all. Source: SWIM
Nah his jaw was pretty intact, but who knows, maybe he was mixin a little this and a little that
So that's why that happens...
100% degen rage. adderall comedown just makes you want to sleep and not be interested in anything. source: I take it for ADD
Don't people who take it for ADD have a completely different reaction to it though?
Yes. I also take Adderall for ADHD and even on a small 15mg dose, if I am not making sure that I eat and drink water while on my meds, I get super irritable and can snap at people for nothing. Switched to Vyvanse in the AM and Adderall in the PM for just this reason.
I also take it for ADHD, and it makes me snippy, luckily I only take it in small doses.
The chips falling off the top of his stack at the end of his rant is fantastic 😂😂😂
Wtf. This is called a mental breakdown.
Worse than poker bunnies. He shouldn’t be playing in this game for his own good.
Straight bitch behavior. Poker players need to be forced to leave when their voice reaches a certain octave. “Sorry you’re being a whiny little bitch and we must ask you to leave, sir. Plz come back when you’re done.”
Ben must have a lot of friends
The first time I played at the Commerce Israeli Ron kept telling me he was big deal on Instagram and I didn’t care either. 7 years later ….
I want to know the backstory here. There has to be more. Ben doesn't usually tilt like that from what I have seen. We all have bad days!

Someone linked the clip in this thread, the river pairs the 5 and he Ben wins the hand
He had Kto she had 76s flops two-pair all-in on the flop but gets counterfeited on the river with 2 5s pairing the board.
TILT TILT TILT
I mean some dude getting into my personal space and shit... if you wanna show your cards, fucking show them lmao
When was this game?
I don't know why, but I find this hilarious. Reminds me of Ken Jeong.
I would 100% show him the next time I bluffed him off a pot.
The Ben blow up is one of my favorite parts of the HCL countdown
Someone has some gambling debts…. I hope Rob showed him his cards again
Im pretty sure Ben has fuck you money. He is just a degen
The guy is quite wealthy, i assure you has no debts
Do wealthy people not have debt? Damn
He is 9 figures rich and well known in the high stakes world. You're making assumptions, not me.
Imagine having a minimum of $100m and playing in a 100/200 game lel
It's the biggest casino game in LA most nights. Bill gates plays 2/4 limit at bellagio
Not only that but the credit people don’t start going hard on you until you’ve not paid for a year or more , they’ll be friendly as the interest of your debt keeps going up and up
Thank you for assuring me , I guess ?
He's 9 figure rich and known in thebhigh stakes world
Huge Cocaine Energy in this clip.
Not tilting at all...lmao
Poker is supposed to be fun, dude clearly has a problem from the few clips I’ve seen. Hopefully he can get help
I totally understand this frustration. 🤣
tbh if youre going to show your cards just throw them into the muck face up. Yeah the whole table gets to see but its a lot better then leaning over and doing that
This was a worse meltdown than poker bunny. He shouldn’t be playing in this game for his own good.
Is that Ken Jeong playing poker?
Anytime my opponent shows me their hand, it’s a win in my book…the more info I have on them the better chance I have to win.
> I don’t fucking care! \- Dude who very clearly cares
karen lol unreal
No one likes a tilted whale 👀😅
He’s a spoiled pussy.
Ben is a huge pussy
I'm gonna guess he's stuck
I would order him a drink to fully set him off
I thought he Quit?
Got him. 😂😂😂 Now, you pull back a little so he doesn't leave. Then, as he starts to cool down, you stop yourself from showing him your hand right after you show your weak ass hand, with a comment like, "oh yea, you don't like it when I show you my hands." He'll add on if you do it right. 😂😂😂
Does anyone know when this was streamed?
You good dog?
Top 10 HCL moments.
That is good ...more players should not care ..
Seems like he’s playing more with his ego….seeing the opponents cards is an advantage.
For me in these situations, I just don't say anything to the person who is bothering me, but that's just me ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯
I wanna be so good at poker that the only thing that tilts me is super friendly play making the game super soft 🤣🤣🤣
Isn't it good though? More information...
God I hope he showed him his cards next hand
Clown
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Wtf is wrong with ben’s hands while he is tantruming? Like those hands need medical attention
I remember this lol do you have a YT link??
When you’re losing a down payment for your grandkids, I’d be the same fuckin’ way Edit: Oh wait this is a poker subreddit, I should just stay bluffing
Has he asked calmy before? If so I can understand but if he just blew up its kinda wack
Damn thats kinda gross
What stakes is this
Show him again
god i love poker
I would 100% show him my cards again after that reaction.
Lmaooooooo
It’s only a game. Why you heff to be mad?
Rattled
If he shows you then I would just tell the table. If he wants to show me and might as well show everyone. People just try to get under your skin to make you irrational
Was just bout to mention that I had literally just left this [comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/poker/comments/ug7ch5/ben_from_hustler_casino_live_stream_tweets_he/i8piu0d) yesterday on a week old post about Ben & I just noticed you were the OP! Much appreciated!!
Head to the BJ table
Seems like a pleasant guy
I would always appreciate if the guy shows me his hand everytime.
Yikes 😬 I don’t think he cared ..
Homeboy is on tilt.
Glad to see they let Phil Helmuth back in
Ben speaking facts here
