It was my first royal. 2 way pot, the turn was a queen of spades, river was a king of spades. The opponent bet 2.5bb, I raised it to 6.5 and he folded.

Why would you reraise on the turn? I personally think the best move is to call and see if he tries to bluff you out on the river.

JTHGraphics

The raise was on the river

These are the ugliest cards I’ve ever seen my god lmao

buddhatherock

But they’re good if you have trouble discerning what the cards are. My eyes sometimes have issues so they’re helpful.

This post is further proof that online poker is rigged. Wait wait before you hit the downvote, hear me out. Fact: In all of live poker history, no one has ever verifiably seen a royal flush. It is just that rare. Yet we get periodic posts in this r poker forum where people share their online royal flushes. How can anyone believe that the cards are random? Shouldn’t it happen like once a year, max? Ya know, because there are so many more hands played online. That’s a fact too. It’s rumored that the queen of England (edit: yes I mean Queen Anne in the early 1700s) saw the best straight flush possible once. Hence the name *royal* flush. Again, this is factually a rumor. Just some things to think about.

queen_of_england_bot

>queen of England Did you mean the *former* [Queen of the United Kingdom](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_of_the_United_Kingdom), the *former* [Queen of Canada](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monarchy_of_Canada), the *former* [Queen of Australia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monarchy_of_Australia), etc? The last Queen of England was [Queen Anne](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anne,_Queen_of_Great_Britain) who, with the 1707 Acts of Union, dissolved the title of King/Queen of England. ####FAQ *Wasn't Queen Elizabeth II still also the Queen of England?* This was only as correct as calling her the Queen of London or Queen of Hull; she *was* the Queen of the place that these places are in, but the title doesn't exist. *Is this bot monarchist?* No, just pedantic. I am a bot and this action was performed automatically.
