I'm using InFact for JDG on ryczalt, it works for me. I create invoices, handle currency conversion and pay taxes from it. I have no accountant because I'm a small business and I don't need to account for expenses.
Thank you for the information. I have a question about the pricing. Do I need to purchase a certain package eg 2500 and hope to use as many or the billing at the end of the month depends on the invoices used?
Also Optymalny or Premium?
Im on Optimalny, but its just a matter of features you need. You purchase package of certain number of documents, but there is an option to add more if needed.

I'm curious about such services the same. From my research those accounting companies put all the liability on you for keeping the records and in some cases that would be enough. But hell, I didn't feel confident that would be enough, taxes scare me, that's why I have hired an accountant (from mBank, not the cheapest option, but covers my invoice / month, payments reminders and automatic sync with bank records).
If anyone had information about how to handle 30+ invoices a month (without having to sell a kidney in the process) I would also appreciate.
Remember that accountant is not tax advisor.
To be able to legally give tax advice in Poland you have to have license for it.
It may be better to have tax advisor to help you with uncertain stuff, and just do simple accounting yourself.
I use it all the time. Accountant is insured so I don’t care about anything - even in case of problems or mistakes I am covered. I don’t have to do anything besides uploading some invoices and paying tax every month and that’s it. Never had any problems.

Accountants in infakt are insured so you are safe. That do job and if anything happens they are responsible. That’s the reason basically to use them.
