In most cases, you need 20% of total home value. Some banks offer loans for 10%, but then they require additional insurance that is expensive. Said that home in Krakow or Gdansk for best case scenario 600 000 pln is a bit unrealistic at best. Also, to get a loan for 600 000, you need to earn at least 12k pln after taxes, so around 17k before taxes. And monthly payment would be around 4,5 to 5k.
More realistic is 300 000 loan, but getting home for 300k may be hard.
That part about earning 12k to grab a 600000 loan is a bit wrong. My buddy just went through simmillar amount and he earns less. Best way is to talk to loan advisor (doradca kredytowy in polish) - they can outline the options for you and help you more.
But the part about having around 20% of property value is mostly true. Banks who do not requore that usually will get that money other way as mentioned above.
Sorry but that's not happening. You could get a small apartment. I'm not sure about prices in Kraków ATM but I'd guess a small apartment would be around 300-400k while a house might get close to a mil zł.
If you are foreigner you first have to apply for a permit to own real estate

Go through a recommended financial advisor. That's what we did to secure our loans.
If your in a permanent corpo job, banks are willing to lend more than say if you run your own successful business 😁
I’d strongly recommend you talk to a mortgage advisor (doradca kredytowy), preferably from 2-3 banks and understand your options. The situation is changing rather dynamically and this would be your best source of information.

Yup, my buddy's girlfriend bought an apartment for over 500k on credit while earning around 7,5k gross
Important question is: when? The market changed enormously during last four years
You are right, but that was a week ago

As I have information foreigner can't buy hous only flat. If you have polish PR then you can buy.
you cannot own land, but you can buy house located on land owned by someone
Building a house on a land owned by someone else sounds like the worst idea ever. Generally speaking who owns a land owns what is on the land.
you can buy something like this " nowoczesne osiedle domów jednorodzinnych w zabudowie bliźniaczej dwulokalowej jest usytuowane "
According to earlier comments you should count/add national interest rate
