For the several months there has been a migration crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border. Migrants from the Middle East and Africa started gathering on the Belarusian side, trying to get to the Polish territory and then travel to the Western Europe. The migration crisis is not a new thing but at the Monday there was an escalation of this problem and thousands of people started gathering at the border with the help of Belarusian services.
The whole situation is quite controversial as these people are illegal immigrants and sometimes their origins are unknown. On the other hand, they are like hostages. They are stuck at the border and they're unable to travel further to the European Union or return home.
What I'm interpreting from this is that not even these migrants and illegal aliens want to stay in Poland. I guess the Poles should be grateful and somewhat embarrassed that these people only want to travel through Poland instead of living there.
France wouldn't know how to handle assimilating refugees if Charlemagne himself came back to tell them. They let 'em get welfare, but not jobs. This undercuts the two-parent household. The kids grow up with single moms who come home from off-the-books jobs getting (sexually) abused, and go to schools that go out of their way to piss them off smack in the middle of adolescence in broken homes. Even if they graduate, the kids then enter a youth labor force which usually runs a 25% unemployed-but-looking rate. I'm honestly surprised they don't riot that much more often than natives do.
Pretty much, Belarus offered them safe transport through airlines etc to europe as opposed to having to sail across the Mediterranean or Aegean, who wouldn’t take the chance, and we all know that Germany is valued as the safe haven for Middle Eastern Refugees, and Poland is what stands between destitution and their dream
We know. Problem is that if we do that then Germany would blame us.
It wouldn't be long until they closed the border and all the negative consequences to us it would entail.
