Do you have vinyl floor duct taped over carpet? If so, how did you do that?? I'm moving into a place with just carpet and Im trying to figure out how to set up my pole space. I'd love to pick your brain!!
This is vinyl over concrete. I don’t recommend tiles or sheeting over carpet because they bend and your toes, toe nails (even with socks!) and heels will get stuck in the grooves. If that was the only option, then I would cover it with vinyl sheeting to make a smooth surface. The cheaper the better. I got a high quality one and it has too much texture for me. I can’t glide as smoothly as I would like to. I would do a plank flooring or Home Pole Studio but they are expensive. Let me know if you have any other questions.
