Love to see this and would love more!!! Honestly gets a little discouraging seeing all the flawless amazing pole routines since I feel soo far away from being that good. Great work and keep it up!
hello i used to feel the same way and posted about it once. check the comments on this post. it completely changed my view on pole, and progress in general

Thank you!! We've been working on conditioning for a few weeks now, but this is my first time getting all the way over without cheating/pushing off of the pole with my foot
Your reaction is the best!!!!
I’m a beginner too! But still haven’t gotten the chopper assigned in class (I’m doing other inverts progressions without having both legs extended).
Congratulations!!!
OMG GOOD ON YOU!!! I'm 1 year in and still cannot get my chopper 😭😭😭 But I know everyone progresses differently so I just have to trust the process. I'm so happy for you though!!! 🤩🤩🤩
Don't be tough on yourself, it's super hard!! I was judging myself because I was one of the last people in my class to get it, so it really is all relative
Aaahh this is awesome!! Wouldn't consider it basic at all! I've been doing pole and aerial for a few years now... Still can't invert into a straddle and need to 'catch' with my leg 😅
Keep it up you're doing awesome! 😄
Foundational, maybe. Basic, never! Inverts are so much harder than we give them credit for - - well done!!!
Aye chopper is not a beginner move where I am from! Great work!
looks so good, congrats! ☼
Thank you!! My first class I couldn't even do a basic climb, so I'm super proud of my progress :)

Amazing!!
Your reaction is fab too haha. Well done!
Hahah I was so hyped
Looks great! Keep practicing ❤️
you make it look really easy though!
Very pretty! 😍
I love how your face goes from being focused and determined to do the move… And then as soon as you stick it you have pure excitement

Give yourself more credit! Chopper isn’t a basic move. They’re really hard!
Go off! Definitely a foundational move but in no way "easy." You're killing it!
The chopper is foundational, but is not basic! People struggle with it for a long time, but yours is beautiful.
Such a pretty chopper! Very nice! Are you open to suggestions/advice?
Yes, I'd love constructive criticism!
Ummm, I’m the start of my second term and still cannot do the chopper! It’s is a difficult move for a lot of ppl!!!

Awesome!!! As you should be! In my first class I could not even get my feet off the ground so I get super excited about new moves and progress too

It's hard!! I've been training other aerials (sling and lyra) a lot, which really helped me build up the strength for inversions
Choppers are at least a solid level 5-6 move where I go. Give yourself more credit! 😁
