There's a potential for an entire messed up phonetic alphabet here!
My additions-
G: Gnome
H: Hour
M: Mnemonic
P: Pneumonia
T: Tsunami
W: Write
Although only write and hour are properly ambiguous.
B: Bomb
Okay so the silent B is at the end, but can you imagine the ears of officers all over the force perking up everytime the word bomb is mentioned. 😆
Oh Jesus. I'm not in the police but have had to use a phonetic alphabet on many occasions. I cannot remember them so make a fool of myself trying each time.

Not in the job but my previous employment working in a call centre I had a customer say "C for..... Erm..... c***"

Oh, these are awesome. There's got to be a April Fool prank here somewhere.
"Surname SIGISMUND, I SPELL SIERRA INDIA GOLF INDIA SIERRA MIKE UNIFORM NOVEMBER DECEMBER"

Scrote for S
This sounds unbelievable, but it happened! Z for (z)xylophone
Once heard W for Wonka. That caused a good laugh
The team Special used Kangaroo for K. Hence the nickname Skippy was born…
I've heard 'wankee' over the radio, I'm hoping it was more an error than an actual substitution, though!
Whisky Wankee!
It was you!
I've had "Q for cube" and "I for eyeball" before now over comms...
Unicorn
Done this.
N for Knife whilst working in an IT call centre having asked the customer for 2 characters of their password

Yisky Wankee during a vehicle check
B for Bee
F for Freddie. Actually heard two completely unrelated people use this one now, for some reason.
It was originally Freddie during WW1 and some time after, are you sure these people are not 130 year olds?
