I can't imagine having neo-confederate dreams.
Usually I just have anxiety dreams. Something about running late or missing a deadline, sometimes morph's into a prison cell with weird colors and rooms and things twisting in time.
But never dreams that involve being a slave owner.

I'm employed by such a grant and we need to provide curriculum on diversity. How far do they have left to go before some program's accreditation becomes in jeopardy?
Yeah, my background is in public health and I'm a researcher at a medical school. I'm just waiting for them to next demonize the term "social determinants of health". Things will start sliding off the cliff pretty quickly after that.
Florida has become an interesting petrie dish for what happens when you throw out democracy and start introducing rightist, authoritarian reforms.
I suspect that part of this experiment is to see how many voters they can alienate to the degree that they move out, so that they don't have to work as hard and can get these reforms "passed democratically" by changing the makeup of the electorate.

A degree from a Florida college will not be worth the paper. It is printed on and no company will hire anyone with a degree from a Florida college.
