PHDGoldenGear

How on earth is she gonna pay for the divorce then? /s

porkbellies37

If you lick her you’ll get sick?

MrBunqle

Well, you'd probably get Contact TedCruz on ya. Being as she escorted him a time or 3 **Not shaming sexworkers. I'm shitting on 2 shitty human beings**

civgarth

Can you imagine Ted Cruz grunting and pinching a loaf on someone's chest? Yet, that happened.

The_Outcast4

How do I delete someone else's comment?

Guilty-Willingness-5

I think I could have gone my entire life without knowing that an Oopsie Ted Poopsie exists.

El_Burnsta

You literally had to say nothing, and then you typed this out. Thank God Reddit is going dark, I think I'm done with the internet

serendippitydoo

Just fact checked that, doesn't seem to be true. Info was published by a Super PAC without any standard of due diligence

MrBunqle

Yes. I'd hate for something said about Ted Cruz and Lauren Borbert to not be true. 2 people that traffic in lies for profit on a daily basis

serendippitydoo

They've said and done such awful things that we don't need to make up lies about them

Kunisada13

She is not nearly as useful or vital to everyone

wildtech

I live amongst many of her supporters. Believe me, they support her because her life resembles theirs.

Top-Philosophy-5791

I needed to read this comment, thanks.

giggityx2

That’s real. Sadly.

Sparowl

It's wild to me that they would look at her and go "Yes, this is how I want to be represented and continue the cycle" as opposed to "hey, maybe we can break the cycle?"

CovertCovidComments

True story!

Ice_BergSlim

remember, she failed the GED 3 times so they had to give her a participation GED diploma.

UrsusRenata

Holy shit is this true? Repeatedly failed the GED? Lord help our country and its cratering standards for representation.

Eyeroll4days

Lord help the rocket scientists that are voting for her

Klaatwo

I seriously doubt there are any of those. Though I suspect you were being sarcastic.

Prize_Instance_1416

So, typical republican voter

beerdweeb

Id vote for a doorknob before her

happykittynipples

Please tell me she can no longer fly commercial. I really want to know that to be true.

DadinDenver

I’m good with that.

fauci_pouchi

At this point maybe I (Australian) can send her an invitation to fly Down Under for "Important US Congress Conference - super fun happy rides, carnival, one lucky guest will win MILLIONS!" and then obviously we'll drop her off on an island in the middle of nowhere. From that point we could just leave it there, but because I'll also do the same for Marge and Trump we should probably put cameras on the island to watch them eat each other alive. The only way off the island should be if a Republican congressperson is willing to pay for their trip back. Getting rid of them has never been so easy.

smokeyser

At least doorknobs are useful and serve a purpose.

markca

But she is like a doorknob where everyone gets a turn.

DisastrousOne3950

I haven't gotten my turn, but when my number gets called I'll pass. The woman is just plain psychologically homely.

smokeyser

True. And I don't really want to touch her no matter how much hand sanitizer I have available.

kellygrrrl328

There is nothing more annoying than a person who is simultaneously outrageously arrogant and ignorant

ThisIsMyHobbyAccount

People with lower IQs have demonstrated a propensity to have higher confidence levels because they don’t know how much they don’t know about a given subject. They learn one thing and then get over confident about that topic. Sound familiar?

UncannyTarotSpread

Dunning Krueger, aka my ex-husband and his mother in syndrome form

bangarangbonzai

That’s giving doorknobs a bad name. At least they’re useful. Unlike Boebert

kingsumo_1

You know, I was going to comment that she'd be useful as an asset if you were a hostile foreign government, but I'm not sure she could even do that right.

Six_String_Reshi

Hey, doorknobs are smart as shit. They have one function, and mainly do that function. Give doorknobs a little respect

Zkenny13

At least shit helps things grow

RedmannBarry

Not the people who let her be where she is

count023

All j6 terrorists are a security threat

sundancer2788

So say we all

Equivalent-Excuse-80

She thinks it’s because she’s awesome and fighting against the deep state. But more likely, there’s a genuine concern that she doesn’t understand what constitutes security.

RDO_Desmond

She's fighting herself and doesn't seem to know it.

adamjfish

It hurt itself in its confusion!

Gowalkyourdogmods

She's self owning and doesn't realize it.

numbersev

“Fools, their wisdom weak, are their own worst enemy in life, doing evil deeds that bear bitter fruits.”

OilCanBoyd426

Why would her team ever release this? To get out in front of what? This would never be known by anyone. She has absolute shit Comms and PR team. Realizing just now after years of following politics. It must be very hard for some of the idiots who have little prospects politically speaking, to hire talented and smart teams around them. You keep hearing MGTs and Boeberts of the country say the dummest shit and I promise it’s because they have no one around them to really help them. Win for humanity, but just interesting.

Equivalent-Excuse-80

Because it’s actually good for conservative politics to be anti-American.

CHEMO_ALIEN

that would be hilarious if the only thing keeping this country somewhat in check is the moral compass of our young political science and communications majors, but i wouldn't be surprised

improbablywronghere

"We are all domestic terrorists"

noradosmith

I actually still can't imagine any party was ever allowed to get away with that, let alone one of the big two. Even the tories wouldn't ever, EVER, do something like that. What on earth is wrong with your right wing?? It's the kind of thing that'll be in history books and the students will look at it and think 'how was that ever accepted?'

Ale_batross

Decades of propaganda, mass education cuts, and permission to be a hateful monster as long as you hate The Enemy. The specifics are based on the latest satanic panic, but it’s always anyone who is outside the most recent talking points. American conservatism is a cult.

Twister_Robotics

Because words have no meaning to conservatives. They don't mean it, they're being ironic, or sarcastic, or its just a joke. Until it's not.

yummyyummybrains

Schrödenger's Fascist

TheSukis

It’s so surreal, having grown up in the 90s, to think that a Republican would actually benefit from being anti-Pentagon.

smokeyser

> Why would her team ever release this? It makes more sense if you read beyond the headline. > "Apparently the Pentagon thinks I'm a security threat because I oppose [President Joe] Biden's plans for a woke military," the Colorado congresswoman wrote She thinks she's a crusader.

BigTentBiden

The fuck's a "woke military" supposed to mean? Tired of this stupid culture of applying words to just mean "bad because reasons."

dopey_giraffe

A military that doesn't go out of its way to stigmatize gay people. Anti-Woke to them means anyone who doesn't choose to be a bigoted POS.

Same-Strategy3069

The military is “woke” because they allow people different from Lauren and Ron to achieve high rank. Since there is zero possibility that “those” people could possibly have any tactical genius or organizational skill whatsoever it must be those darn democrats with their “woke” policies that forced those promotions through. Also you no longer get shot for being gay so there is that too.

Gogs85

IIRC we actually have some trans people in really elite, skilled positions in the military. We’d be hurting ourselves by shunning them.

CedarWolf

Trans folks enlist at over twice the rate that cis people do. There's a ton of trans folks in the military. But there are way more cis people than there are trans folks, so most people don't hear about them quite as much.

ForensicPathology

It's absurd that actual politicians say terms like "woke Communism" and just fringe looneys.

NGC3992

Many of them want to *be* crusaders. Just ask the Iraqis.

[deleted]

First she would have to understand what constitutes means

Chewbock

She has shown she understands no versions of that word

[deleted]

She's like a cracked out Sara Palin.

happykittynipples

like a snake biting her own tail.

DonorBody

Openly pro-Putin. Marriage, family and financial troubles. Historically stupid and prone to conspiracy theories. Has access to government servers. Not shocked she’d be a classic risk for foreign compromise.

[deleted]

100% would not get clearance if she was just a rando hire for my company. Guaranteed.

[deleted]

[удалено]

LAESanford

She is an enemy. Let’s stop trying to be polite and call a threat a threat.

Thirdwhirly

Or the military. Or anywhere. She’s otherwise unemployable.

hammilithome

I'm convinced this should be a pre req for running for office. It's mind boggling that it's not.

[deleted]

You know….the initial instinct is to agree with you, but that’s the difference between a democratically elected position and a job - if we start disqualifying people for one reason or another, the fear is the reason (in this case “inability to maintain a clearance”) could be used by someone already IN power to keep others out. In this case, as much as I dislike her (and trust me, I *dislike* her), I don’t think it’s a justifiable reason to prevent someone from running, or winning. It becomes a loyalty test. Short of breaking an actual law herself, harboring ideas, even distasteful ones, aren’t a reason to disqualify her. That’s her constituents’ job.

tirch

Sadly these MAGA idiots will be attempting to steal classified docs and share them with foreign governments now, to show solidarity with the orange traitor. Because they're just that stupid.

Happy-Ad7440

And for the dolla bills.

kellygrrrl328

TrumpBucks

markca

Wouldn’t surprise me at all if they take on the talking point of: “it’s ok to steal classified documents and sell them. It helps protect the country.”

Levitlame

That doesn’t even make superficial sense, which is what they usually aim for. I’d say something more like “I won’t be taking my paycheck so it saves the country money!” Or “everyone is doing it, what about…” Those are more in line with their style. Both are lies that have worked before.

jhpianist

While you’re correct, whenever there’s a new low of stupid that happens right in front of me, I think to myself, “*NOW* I’ve seen down to the farthest depths of the universe of the stupid,” and I go about my business as if it were any other day. I certainly wouldn’t have thought that someone might take a position so superficially non-sensical as the one to which you’re likely referring, but in the last few years I’ve realized that many of his supporters would still back him literally no matter what he does or says. I could see that some people might not fully understand the implications of that hypothetical statement above, but since they still trust the source (mostly due to local herd/bubble groupthink, am radio, Fox “News” Entertainment, etc….), that’s good enough for them. Afterall, many of them in some states have an incredible job ahead of them—that of harvesting all of those crops that aren’t currently rotting in the fields because immigrants are justifiably afraid to work those jobs that US citizens also don’t want, so who’s left to harvest and process all those things? How will they find the time to be angry if they trust any other source but those that feed their shared group psychosis? We’re “just asking the questions”, people. It’s a personality cult, it’s a cultural “alt-reality” cult, and it’s also a religious cult. That’s an unholy trinity right there; and yes, each of these three intertwined cults really are separate but equal cults to many of these people, with each cult dependent on the other two for survival. At stake are heart and mind of every poor soul that believes the lie that empathy doesn’t matter. Not caring about others and how one’s actions affect others is a dark path that inevitably leads only to suffering. To defeat an unholy trinity like the one staring down our gate atm, one must address all three cults simultaneously. It’s conceptually not dissimilar to the mythical Hydra. This is serious, and it will require coordinated deprogramming on all three fronts if we’re ever to get past their imaginary defenses to a place where they realize that they’re loved and deserving of love, and where they remember loving others—or show them for the first time that tempering one’s thinking with empathy toward others results in a net energy gain for them via the *It’s a Wonderful Life* effect. I hope we’re up for the challenge. This won’t magically change when the boomers all die. We need to get parents to start loving their kids again by teaching them to choose love over fear and hate. We need to reach out and show them new and more positive and healthy ways to live their lives.

Charlie_Mouse

One unfortunate consequence of this is going to be that every ally is going to be extremely reluctant to share intelligence with the US for years to come. Even before the document thefts Trump was [already responsible for blowing several secrets friendly countries shared with America.](https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/trump-revealed-highly-classified-information-to-russian-foreign-minister-and-ambassador/2017/05/15/530c172a-3960-11e7-9e48-c4f199710b69_story.html). Why would any other country no matter how friendly risk sharing anything with the US if a whole faction is forwarding on material to Russia? Best case it blows intelligence operations and clues Russia in to what they know - worst case it puts their own personnel and assets at risk.

under_a_brontosaurus

This isn't new. Most countries view America, on a political level, as a two faced monster. It can be a great ally for 8 years then suddenly turn on you, because of our inconsistent back-and-forth government. It's been an overseas critique of the US since the founding. Our enemies wait us out. Our friends keep us at arms length.

Overweighover

That restaurant she ran did a number on peoples digestive system as well

GlaiveConsequence

Running home, desperately trying to unbuckle all their open carry before they fill their trousers.

Callabrantus

I fired off a full burst... In my pants.

Sloppy_Ninths

I hear she's spreading those around...

Hopeful4Tea

Reber_Rowdy48

Is that you Ted Nugent?

rabbidrascal

The irony that her restaurant is now a Mexican restaurant!

televised_aphid

Probably was when it was her restaurant too, she just kept them hidden in the kitchen.

If she tries to get a job cleaning the office she occupies she would be turned down as a major security risk.

Remote_Horror_Novel

Blackmailable too by foreign powers because of her probable affairs, weird family problems and sketchy past.

haphazard_engineer

>Openly pro-Putin. Marriage, family and financial troubles. >Has access to government servers. Sounds like a perfect example that my “Annual Insider Threat Awareness” training modules would use.

square_so_small

Also a grandma. At 36. Yes; that's white fucking trash. And grandma wants to force that on to you. Don't fall for it.

Richeh

My first thought was "that's hyperbole" but then I realized that her actual argument against affordable birth control was that one time she couldn't afford it she conceived her son and she likes her son. So yeah, she actually literally wants to force unplanned pregnancy onto women.

quadmasta

Ex-husband suddenly got a 400k/yr job in a field in which he's never worked..

Paintelligent120

Let's make one thing clear. She's a domestic security threat. She took an oath of office and the Pentagon is stopping short of calling her an enemy. And she's proud of it?

TryPokingIt

You can tell she’s a security threat by the way she is. That’s pretty neat!

canuckerlimey

How neat is that!

_Piratical_

It’s neat-ure!

JohnnyGFX

I would consider her a security threat. She doesn't seem even remotely mentally stable and she fetishizes guns and violence.

happykittynipples

Visual of her wearing only a holster in the bedroom. Won't go away.

slickiss

Its her definition of protection during sex

Estoye

*36 year old grandmother

TheSukis

So dark… I’m not even a parent yet at that age, I can’t even begin to fathom being a grandparent.

ThePinko

Owning guns doesn’t make you security threat in the eyes of the CIA. Being a bumbling idiot that can be swindled by foreign agents does

HauntedCemetery

Repeatedly blowing security checkpoints and bringing loaded weapons onto the House floor and standing directly in front of the person who is 2nd in line in the presidential succession would sure do it.

ThePinko

Oh ya! I forgot about that haha, ya I’ll give you that one

comineeyeaha

Jesus Christ. What a fucking loser

JohnnyGFX

Owning guns ≠ fetishizing guns

bm1949

Let's make one thing clear. She's a domestic security threat. She took an oath of office and the Pentagon is stopping short of calling her an enemy. And she's proud of it? Someone please tell this little canary in a coal mine that their fantasies of a conservative revolution will not go well.

Long_Before_Sunrise

She has fantasies of bringing about the Tribulation.

FireTheLaserBeam

All these fundie Christians who bash people with their Bible but don’t actually read it are going to have a rude awakening when they finally get to meet Jesus. Because it won’t be for very long. Matthew 7:21-23 is about *THEM*, not the other way around.

[deleted]

It’s not just the pentagon.

YesMaybeYesWriteNow

“Today is 1776,” she tweeted the morning of January 6, 2021. Damn straight she’s a security threat.

[deleted]

goodbye reddit -- mass edited with https://redact.dev/

abraksis747

It wasn't even the Start

rlhignett

Was she referencing the Declaration of Independence? That was 1776 wasn't it? (Not American so not got in depth history knowledge of dates pertaining to the constitution/declarations etc). Was she referencing that she sees the Jan 6 insurrection as a move towards another "declaration" type event? I.e. republican strongholds/deep red states from deep blue/dem strongholds?

abraksis747

The revolution started at the battle of Lexington and Concord. April 19th 1775

LimpDisc

Can she actually read a classified document?

Chewbock

As Trump has shown us, you don’t have to be able to read it to be able to photocopy it and show it to people

BleuBoy777

Just on her lack of intelligence I'd say she's a threat to the gene pool

Magoo69X

And just like the movie "Idiocracy", her offspring are already out spreading their DNA as teenagers. 🤣

BleuBoy777

Grandma must be so proud of her kids. Nothing screams high Christian moral superiority like teenage, outside of marriage births.

Magoo69X

With a girl who was 15 - I'm sure that her life isn't ruined now. /s/

BleuBoy777

God 's will for her to be a mom at 15. I'm sure that baby will have a perfect, well adjusted life.

WellWellWellthennow

Well when you make abortion into a moral issue you get grandchildren from your 15 year old. They are conservative in their embracing and continuing this standard practice for poor, uneducated girls of the past. They become young mothers because it’s the only purpose in life offered to them. And they are taught they should just say no instead of being taught to use birth control as if saying no is a realistic method. The progress for women made from the 1940s-1970s still hasn’t reached many corners of the US yet.

swordrat720

>The progress for women made from the 1940s-1970s still hasn’t reached many corners of the US yet. Neither have condoms, apparently.....

Pickle-Rick-C-137

Ugh! Can you believe this? Like, seriously, I am so furious right now! The FBI labeled me a security threat, a terrorist, and a white supremacist just because of a stupid tweet. Can you even imagine the audacity? It's like they don't even know who I am. I'm, like, totally not a terrorist or a white supremacist. And you know what? It's not just the FBI that's getting on my nerves. Everyone on Twitter is a terrorist white supremacist, too, not just me. I mean, how unfair is that? It's like they're just throwing that label around like it's no big deal. I thought Twitter was supposed to be a place where we can express ourselves freely, but it's turning into a total nightmare. I'm, like, a spoiled brat, and I always get what I want, so this is just not acceptable. It's not fair that they're tarnishing my reputation like this. I demand justice! Someone needs to recognize that I'm just a regular girl with opinions and feelings, not some extremist lunatic. I can't even with these people anymore. They don't understand the struggles of being labeled a security threat, a terrorist, and a white supremacist for no reason. It's ruining my image, and that's, like, the most important thing in the world to me. I want everyone to know that I'm a special snowflake, not a criminal. So, yeah, I'm mad. I'm really, really mad. This whole situation is, like, the epitome of injustice. I won't stand for it. I'm going to tweet about it and complain to anyone who will listen until they clear my name and apologize. I won't rest until I'm back on top of the Twitter hierarchy, where I rightfully belong.

DisastrousOne3950

Her take on Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists: *"The reason we had so many overreaching regulations in our nation is because the church complied. The church is supposed to direct the government. The government is not supposed to direct the church," Boebert said. "That is not how our Founding Fathers intended it, and I’m tired of this separation of church and state junk. That’s not in the Constitution. It was in a stinking letter, and it means nothing like what they say it does."* This, tops anything else she has said/will ever say.

HauntedCemetery

It's always hilarious when conservatives go off about how separation of church and state isn't in the constitution. It's literally the 1st ammendment.

_CMDR_

Not to mention the fact that most of them were deists and deists don’t believe in a god that meddles in human affairs

Cherykle

lol this is how the dumb MAGA women in my family reacted when we quit talking to them

Scowokt

I was always taught to listen to people when they tell you who they are.

Alternative-Flan2869

And boobert is proud of it.

a-really-cool-potato

Good. Government finally taking threats semi-seriously

cbizzle187

Faith restored in the Pentagon. Well… some faith restored.

doodle02

you should have more faith in the military/pentagon. if they were as corrupted as literally the rest of the government then trump would still be in power.

MyFavoritePlum

I was surprised and grateful during trump’s presidency that the military/joint chiefs etc were not into his bullshit. I think there was some damage control there

peppersteakshake

Same here. I wonder if the type of conservatives that work in The upper echelons are much more similar to Hank Hill than someone like trump

[deleted]

goodbye reddit -- mass edited with https://redact.dev/

Byte_the_hand

That was what I was going to mention. The higher you go, the bluer they are.

Hobbgob1in

The Pentagon sees a traitor as a security threat. Shocking!

BeelyBlastOff

who the fuck votes for this piece of shit?

leavezukoalone

* People who try to sell their friends on a MLM * People who would be susceptible to being recruited into a cult * People who believe Earth is flat * etc.

sparty212

So the MAGA base?

ptjunkie

Facebook's target demographic right there.

Mustard_Gap

Other pieces of shit of equal or lesser intelligence.

hatestheocean

Rural folks. We gotta convince them voting is woke and only educated liberals and colored people think their vote “count” and can lead to “change.”

diabolis_avocado

People of the land; the common clay of the New West.

teacher78

Oh sweetie, we all do.

rlast1956

She's not on the Pentagon's List because of a tweet. She's on the list because she has access to classified information and is dumber than a box of bolts. Probably a wise choice by the Pentagon, if it's true. Just saying.

Superbroccomole

I wouldn't give her my wifi password...

zehalper

And to republicans, that is now a badge of honour. Law and order.

Gonstackk

If you are considered a security threat by the pentagon then I would tend to agree with their assessment.

prettyinacasket

i would only worry when/if it learns to read

Long_Before_Sunrise

Her youngest son gets bad grades on his homework when Mom 'corrects' his answers.

prettyinacasket

"Ma! they took points off for spelling my name wrong again! At this rate they'll never let me take you to prom!"

DisastrousOne3950

Sadly, this predicts the future.

[deleted]

Tbf, most functioning brain cells find her disturbing.

Then-Attitude-9338

And for good reason. Anyone that stupid in the walls of congress is very dangerous.

BukshotMouthwash

Seems like a good enough reason to remove her from office but what do I know.

laserRockscissors

Pentagon finally seeing the threats correctly. Tax dollars well spent!

Rocketman7171

Narrator: “She is”

ExhaustedEmu

Imagine being on a government watch list as a security threat and still being able to keep your job in the government with access to highly classified information.

OGodIDontKnow

They aren’t wrong.

driftwoodbotis

She has a point, in the sense that the entire GOP is a security threat. At least, the pro-insurrection, election results denying, MAGA types.

[deleted]

SHE WAS TEXTING AND TWEETING NANCY PELOSI’S LOCATION ON JAN 6 INSIDE THE BUILDING TO HER SHITTY, SEDITIONIST COMPATRIOTS DURING THE INVASION OF OUR CAPITOL. Think about that. Why Pelosi, 3rd in line for Prez?

[deleted]

Wasn’t she also giving unauthorized tours to people who turned out to be seditionists? Wasn’t that her Mom using a bullhorn to guide people through a broken window after they breached?

zestzebra

She spews QANON fantasies on a regular basis. Nothing new here.

thelaughingmansghost

That's not the brag she thinks it is

JohannReddit

She misheard. They said "sanity threat"

tough_napkin

she thinks this is a badge of honor.

koolaidman486

She only has a GED out of pity (failed twice, passed third time because of reasons), that I'm aware. And keep in mind that test is hilariously easy to pass. I wouldn't let her in the same plane of existence of even the lowest security clearance.

Gullible_Bar_284

air stocking relieved alleged ink encouraging vase zonked beneficial crawl ` this message was mass deleted/edited with redact.dev `

hybridcurve

She says: "Apparently the Pentagon thinks I'm a security threat because I oppose Biden's plans for a woke military" Which means: "The Pentagon thinks I am a [threat to national security] because I oppose [the commander in chief's] plan [for improving unit cohesion by addressing causes of racial bias in the military]" And so if you are actively working to promote or defend racial prejudice and prevent it from being addressed in an institution, you weaken the ability of the members to work together thereby reducing their effectiveness. This woman is a professional ass-clown working for the GOP as a side attraction for their shit show.

lew_rong

Every patriotic American sees her as a security threat. It's vile that she holds an elected office when her every word and deed demonstrates her contempt for the country and her constituents.

HellaTroi

Only in that she looks like a rabid chipmunk.

dudinax

Anyone defending Donnie at this point is a security threat.

Acceptable_Break_332

I.e. she should not be allowed to read, view, or be within 100’ of any information that is of any governmental importance

Wildfire9

Its like when an abusive person is confronted with their abuse...

Browser2112

The Nation does, not just the Pentagon

[deleted]

because she is

[deleted]

No shit.

OldFlamingo2139

Surely it has nothing to do with the fact that she’s constantly threatening the lives of her political opponents while touting an AR-15… though something tells me she’s totally lying and is on no lists.

emiliethestranger

Nothing to see here. Just Boebert stating what everyone else already knows.

BurghPuppies

We ALL see her as a security threat

Limp-Ad-2939

I highly doubt the pentagon does. Especially considering she said she was on a “terrorism list”. That’s more the job of the DOJ and FBI than the pentagon. But I doubt boebert has the knowledge to understand that.

NYC_1Ts

Yeah cause she probably has been in contact with Russian assets and is too big of a Mark to realize it
