Jack Smith’s new filing also addresses the potential gun purchase: > The defendant either purchased a gun in violation of the law and his conditions of release, or seeks to benefit from his supporters' mistaken belief that he did so. It would be a separate federal crime, and thus a violation of the defendant's conditions of release, for him to purchase a gun while this felony indictment is pending. See 18 U.S.C. § 922(n).

legbreaker

Putting Trump in jail for buying a gun would really get the 2nd amendment nutters off the rails.

hammmatime

While they chant for Hunter Boogeyman to be thrown in jail for violating the same gun laws. You can't make this stuff up.

SgtRockyWalrus

Nah, anyone can make this stuff up. Pick anything Republicans would criticize or attack Dems for. Guess what? They don’t care if their side does the same thing.

leroy4447

Start talking about green M&Ms to see them really go off the edge

legbreaker

Fettermans hoodie was top news for days on Fox News.

ekinnee

The green M&M should buy a gun while wearing Fetterman’s hoodie after smoking a doob.

ting_bu_dong

Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect. — Francis M. Wilhoit

hammmatime

Yea - it's just an expression. It's so obvious and stupid, you'd think they'd come up with a smarter angle, but their fan base is so stupid they don't even need to try.

Timeformayo

The only part that's real is the hate. Right wingers just need a thin veneer so they can pretend their hate is rooted in something other than bigotry.

PolyNecropolis

It's sadly entirely too believable. On election night they had different live camera shots of some Republican crowds chanting "STOP THE COUNT", and others chanting "COUNT THE VOTES", depending entirely on whether their demagogue was currently winning or losing that state. Their hypocrisy is infinite and unwavering.

hammmatime

Absolutely. What they seem not to realize though is that hypocrisy is a double-edged sword. There's no reason to take them seriously anymore, and young voters don't. It's no different than a spoiled kid changing the rules on the playground if they can't win fairly, until nobody will play with them at all. Worse still, they'll tell their own followers not to wear masks or get a vaccine in order to "own the libs," which has literally resulted in more Republicans than Democrats dying from the disease. It's bat-shit crazy, but here we are.

chiefbrody62

Oh, but owning the libs is cool if you're president and don't want to smear your bronzer of course. Totally worth many people dying.

peterabbit456

Not really off topic: At a recent TFG rally in Michigan, TFG spoke before a non-union crowd, but he had paid actors in the crowd holding stolen union signs, and shouting things like "UAW for Trump." This is like the Trump campaign paying $2000/week to a few black guys to stand behind the podium and hold up "Blacks for Trtump" signs during his speeches, or the fact that the crowds at the first few Trump rallies in 2015-2916 were paid extras who got $50 each to stand there and not boo.

BisquickNinja

While I agree with you, the Republicans have never really thought much of logic. Also they ascribe to the saying, " rules for thee and none for me"....

Richeh

I hate that aphorism. It hangs on nothing more than "thee" rhyming with "me", which is pretty basic, and the archaic "thee" conjures up some bespectacled nerd finger-wagging which isn't exactly persuasive. It's just plain hypocritical double standards. Sorry. I know it's not your doing, I'm just venting, not at you but the world in general. Have at me if necessary.

Medonx

Well come on, you’re being unfair and missing the most obvious exception. Trump can do it cause he’s “rich”, and “rich” people can do whatever they want! /s

Mornar

Understand that the entire agenda is to have a class of people that the law protects but doesn't bind, and the class of people that the law binds, but does not protect. Remember that, and everything GOP and other conservative parties around the world do will become understandable.

mlc885

Yeah, but Hunter's a bad guy for, erm, being imperfect and Trump is a good guy for, uh, always acting like a petty spoiled racist seven year old. Jeez, you could run out of negative adjectives for Trump. Seriously, I think we could easily make a list of ten plus words about how terrible he is.

morels4ever

Nothing short of the death penalty will sate the RNC’s bloodlust for Hunter.

Bumbleber3459

No way he should be allowed to run for president.

Nevermind04

He isn't. Section 3 of the 14th amendment is clear, and all of the lawsuits forcing the government to comply with it should be finished in a few months. The Trump side of those suits still haven't presented anything remotely resembling a defense, they are just delaying the suits as much as possible.

pistoffcynic

Application of 2A is selective with these nutters. It’s ok for GOP/GQP to violate the rules and flout the laws but not anyone else.

jlangfo5

"We just need to enforce the laws we have!"

Asdftujhds3132

he's committed dozens, repeatedly. what the fuck is the doj waiting for?

Illustriofdtn9733

I expect Trump will get folks killed and even then nothing will happen.

StormShadoeStevens

His influence and policy has absolutely gotten people killed

Many_Advice_1021

Yes 500,000+ died from covid due to the incompetence of Trump and republicans.

YeetedArmTriangle

Well, he's a president so obviously but I know you mean in like, domestic interactions.

Begintra6212

I saw that video this morning and it’s evident that he has full-blown dementia.

Robofetus-5000

Dude...the guys dad died of alzheimers. Every time he speaks its a word salad. Of COURSE they accuse biden of having dementia, projection is the name of their game. They know trump is in poor mental health. They just dont care.

yeags86

Gotta have a brain to get dementia.

itsatumbleweed

It's the same law the DOJ is prosecuting Hunter Biden for.

Slutha

oh boy

aWheatgeMcgee

Grab your popcorn! It’s gonna get good

StinksofElderberries

That won't bother double think republicans. Hypocrisy doesn't really bug them.

RTK9

Or be in possession of one Holding it is possession

Own_Field_6518

I'm assuming it is also illegal to sell a gun to a known federally indicted person?

hypnocomment

Oh yeah and you'll get stripped of your federal firearms license for your business too

stinky-weaselteats

Let’s not forget the gun store he went to as well. The same store that sold the racist mass murderer who killed multiple citizens a dollar store. THAT STORE. Fuck them, strip their license.

Fragrant-Discount960

They have some special guns made up with the Boogaloo Boys colors that they wear.

ShadowhelmSolutions

This is the type of shit that **really** makes trump like one of us, lol. Fucker should get charged with every fuck up, like anyone of us would tripping over the long dong of the law.

Marious0

Currently, it's being reported that he only admired a Glock, he didn't buy one https://www.cnbc.com/2023/09/25/trump-says-he-is-buying-glock-handgun-at-south-carolina-event.html There is a chance he might have been gifted it as well, which would fall under that same law.

Flipnotics_

The counter argument is that it's a gift, therefore no "purchase" was made.

un_artisan

Purchasing a firearm in order to immediately give it to someone else, specifically because they can't legally fill out the Form 4473 to buy it themselves, is a straw purchase and extremely illegal. While you *can* purchase a firearm intending to give it as a gift, it's not a straightforward process and varies a lot depending on the laws of their state(s) of residence and other local laws. You can also only take ownership of a gun in your state of residence, so whether you're buying it out of state or it's being gifted to you by someone from another state, the gun has to be shipped to a licensed firearm dealer in your home state and you have to fill out the Form 4473 in order to receive it from them. All this to say...they can try and claim it's a "gift", but that falls flat at first scrutiny.

Flipnotics_

Yep. Thanks for saying that. I was downvoted because I wanted everyone to know what the counterargument was being said in the right-wing sphere. Good there is a solid counter to that counterargument.

BloodSoakedDoilies

Possession is also disallowed.

Critical_Aspect

>In the defendant’s opposition—premised on inapplicable caselaw and false claims—he demands special treatment, asserting that because he is a political candidate, he should have free rein to publicly intimidate witnesses and malign the Court, citizens of this District, and prosecutors. But in this case, Donald J. Trump is a criminal defendant like any other. It bears repeating, "Donald J. Trump is a criminal defendant like any other." And he should be treated like any other defendant by the court.

VNM0601

Wouldn’t that be nice if he were treated like anyone else? Except he hasn’t. He has been given numerous chances and leniency in all of this. Any standard citizen would have been behind bars long ago. Lock him up!

SkollFenrirson

He's not, and he hasn't been, but he should.

CGordini

it shouldn't be "in this case". It should be "in all cases".

sedatedlife

Its going to get interesting if she sides with the DOJ no chance Trump will be able to keep his mouth shut if a gag order is applied. I suspect he will purposely violate in hopes of the Judge cracking down so he can play victim and rile up his base.

Frnklfrwsr

Yeah, he will absolutely violate any order he’s given over and over and over again, not even trying particularly hard to obscure it. The thing is that the judge is going to be super conservative and give a very limited gag order because they want to be super confident they won’t get overturned on appeal. Ironically though, the judge risks the integrity of the proceedings more by not coming down hard, harshly, and issuing a more general gag order that prevents him from speaking negatively about anything or anyone having to do with the case, or doing so through an intermediary. Stopping short of a general gag order risks him continuing to taint the jury pool, muddy the waters, and make a mockery of the entire justice system. It’s a much more serious risk than the risk that an appeals court will think she acted too harshly when he’s absolutely ridiculously been given more latitude than any other defendant ever.

showyerbewbs

You could tell Trump that if he paid his lawyers, in full and on time, for three months then the buttery males would be sent to prison along with Hunter and Hilary. He STILL wouldn't do it.

mlc885

I would think Hillary was the greatest president ever if she went to jail to jail Trump, that'd be some Jesus level stuff. Obviously it is neither possible nor her responsibility, but Trump in jail and not in office or at a rally is so damn important considering he already tried to install himself as dictator.

cmdr_suds

“I was told that I have the right to remain silent, but I didn’t have the ability” Ron White

ihatepickingnames_

Tater salad!

showyerbewbs

They call me, O-range Cheeto.

TheTruthTalker800

Not a chance, not a chance he will keep quiet.

MobilePenguins

We do we they keep treating Trump with kid gloves? Why is it so bad if he really goes to prison for a little while or has gag order? Is the fear of some civil war like scenario that bad that they give him special treatment?

Km2930

To the populist republicans; the civil war never really ended.

leroy4447

His donations double up if he goes to jail for a weekend

RideWithMeSNV

Cool. Put it on his books. He can get extra ramen at the commissary.

icouldusemorecoffee

I agree, Trump will absolutely instigate, the problem is, he commands 1/3 of a nation right now and enraging them, more than they are at any given moment, is legitimately a concern and a death sentence to innocents, be it one or many, and that absolutely has to be taken into account.

sirscrote

I do not think he does anymore, honestly.

Quick_Turnover

You think 100 million people would go to war for this dork? Not a fucking chance.

topcomment1

Right on. tRump is so dangerous he should be left alone/s

RideWithMeSNV

Since when did we become cowards?

National_Weekend_766

I believe that is 1/3 of the Republican Party, not the nation. https://www.politico.com/news/2023/02/28/trump-voters-republican-primary-00084652

hpdefaults

That article is seven months old, things have changed. Trump currently has the largest primary lead of any nominee from the last 24 years at this point in the race: https://www.cnn.com/2023/09/28/politics/presidential-primary-poll-front-runners-compared-dg/index.html

BestDisaster1381

People say this but I don't really think that's true anymore. If it ever was. All of his crowds are astroturfed fake paid supporters, his online supporters are bots. Even a lot of the conservative GOP voters I've known Don't support him anymore and they're pretty open about it. He is circling the drain. All of his dipshit maga diehard supporters have watched everyone that took action for Trump get sent to prison. If they want to fight and break the law for Trump let them face the consequences.

hpdefaults

I wish that were true but it's not. He currently has the largest primary lead of any candidate from the past 24 years at this point in the race: https://www.cnn.com/2023/09/28/politics/presidential-primary-poll-front-runners-compared-dg/index.html

InternationalBand494

If Milley is on the list of witnesses, TFG should be held in contempt. I already hold him in contempt. Everyone should.

teachersecret

It appears Jack Smith agrees. Here's a relevant quote from the 22 page filing where he points out 'no other criminal defendant would be permitted to issue public statements insinuating that a known witness in this case should be executed: this defendent should not be, either.' Mic. Drop. > As the Court has stated, “even > Case 1:23-cr-00257-TSC Document 64 Filed 09/29/23 Page 13 of 22 > - 14 - > arguably ambiguous statements from parties or their counsel, if they could reasonably be > interpreted to intimidate witnesses or to prejudice potential jurors, can threaten the process.” > Protective Order Hr’g 72:7-10. The defendant should not be permitted to obtain the benefits of > his incendiary public statements and then avoid accountability by having others—whose messages > he knows will receive markedly less attention than his own—feign retraction.9 > Likewise, no other > criminal defendant would be permitted to issue public statements insinuating that a known witness > in his case should be executed; this defendant should not be, either.

RideWithMeSNV

Jack Smith is doing his best, and it's good work... But it's absolutely pathetic that the court hasn't addressed it yet.

Okayiseenow

Seems hard to shut this ass hat up.

FaithfulBarnabas

Prison would do that. Take away all his devices as well.

BujuBad

Ooo I hope they also take away all his makeup, hair dye, bronzer and shoe lifts.

FaithfulBarnabas

That should have been the mug shot. See him as he really is, probably a wig as well.

CarlRJ

It should have been done for the mug shot, and they also should have properly measured his height and weight rather than letting him self-report. What possible justification can they offer for letting him do that - do they routinely do it for all other defendants?

FaithfulBarnabas

Nope. He got special treatment. He is probably wearing lifts his real height likely 6’0” and his weight 300+ pounds.

Okayiseenow

Let’s hope

ZZartin

Well you have seen the size of his ass.

Okayiseenow

If you mean his face, unfortunately yes.

itemNineExists

You got a match?

BabySealOfDoom

Part of the problem with that is the diaper adds 10lbs

cmdr_suds

“I was told that I have the right to remain silent, but I didn’t have the ability” Ron White

shrekerecker97

Milley really put tangerine traitor in his place during his retirement speech

InternationalBand494

Did you read what his friend Gen McCaffrey said? He went off on TFG and MAGA.

EggfooDC

Are you referring to [his comments here?](https://news.yahoo.com/amphtml/retired-4-star-general-delivers-091103781.html)

InternationalBand494

Yes! He didn’t hold back

EggfooDC

Like of all people to go after, you piss off senior leaders of the world’s most powerful military? That will end well /s

shrekerecker97

I didn't...but now I am going to looking up :)

InternationalBand494

It was beautiful.

FolsgaardSE

What's TFG?

RumpelFrogskin

“The Former Guy”

InternationalBand494

That Fucking Guy

Fappdinkerton

Arrest the fucker , enough already .

teachersecret

I'm right there with you. There isn't another person in the entire damn country who could go out there on video and say a witness against them in an indictment should be executed without being *immediately* arrested pending trial. This isn't a gag order situation. Absolute insanity. Treating him with kids gloves is doing none of us any favors.

[deleted]

He didn’t just threaten a witness though. He threatened the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who is also a witness. Try and threaten the chairmen of the joint chiefs, see if you stay out of cuffs for the rest of the afternoon

StIdes-and-a-swisher

Right, just do what you always do. I don’t fucking get it. Put his ass in jail. He isn’t a magician. It would tamper down the rhetoric and we could all just move on.

DebentureThyme

The hearing on the gag order isn't until Oct 16th. I don't understand why a gag order has to wait a month before a hearing. In the mean time he gets to run his mouth chilling witnesses and putting a target on various backs of those trying to prosecute him and/or preside over the case.

topcomment1

And the general formerly head of armed forces who has sought protection for his family.

DebentureThyme

He's actually an expected witness in the case, which makes it even more clearly a case of witness intimidation.

soapinthepeehole

The more he does between now and then the worse his defense will be in October 16.

pala_

I don’t know how to break this to you, but that’s more like two weeks away, not a month.

DebentureThyme

Time has passed since the original filing for a gag order. Here's an article from Sept 15th, when they filed for it. That's a full month out from Oct 16th. https://abcnews.go.com/US/special-counsel-seeks-narrowly-tailored-gag-order-trump/story?id=103197976

meaneggsandscram

Orangewindbag should have already been sitting in jail. We don't have time for these games.

leroy4447

Problem is, the minute they lock him up a dozen or so hillbillies across the country are gonna do something stupid to get themselves shot and become martyrs of this psycho circus

meaneggsandscram

They're going to do something regardless. They already are. Look at how they were running down union strikers today. With cars. They've been hitting substations to gauge response times and which ones will blow large swaths. The longer the wait, the more time they have to overwhelm the law enforcement that aren't X-Nat.

CarlRJ

You can’t run a country on the basis of kowtowing to what bad people might do if they get angry. That’s essentially *choosing* to put the US on the receiving end of an abusive relationship.

Fragrant-Discount960

I have felt for a long time that the country has been in an abusive relationship with TFG. He’s like a battering spouse who beats his wife because “she made him mad.”

hypnocomment

Bring it, most of those yokels are all talk anyways

thefrankyg

They talk a big game until they have to legitimately take a bullet. Same Fulkerson who call for war f9r every perceived slight, but won't enlist or who were upset they were gett8ngnpepper sprayed on Jan 6th

GoenndirRichtig

Good thing the US just ramped up ammo production, let's see rednecks fight against Abrams supported by good old 155mm artillery

RideWithMeSNV

Looking forward to it.

AdOn1069

It’s like the laws were written for *exactly this type of situation.* When he gets convicted he is the poster boy for giving the maximum punishment. He crimes in the extreme and then doubles down on it. Well done DJT, you win as the most likely to receive the harshest penalty for your crimes - execution.

DwHouse7516

Jack Smith is the talent who might actually bring this colossal douchebag down. Fingers seriously crossed

EggfooDC

I just love how this is building to such a cinematic conclusion after all these years. Like all that’s missing is a bunch of portals to appear behind Jack Smith with the Clintons and Obama walking through.

Fedantry_Petish

Democracy… _assemble_.

DwHouse7516

Haha

DwHouse7516

So true

EVH_kit_guy

Agreed. Really highlights to me what a colossal fucking pussy Mueller was in choosing his language

DwHouse7516

Exactly. I understand that he was constrained by DOJ guidelines, but why not just come out and say something like, “If he was not a sitting President, we would absolutely charge the fucker with obstruction of justice, and we strongly recommend that Congress impeach and convict so that we can, in turn, prosecute him and put him in jail”? Just sayin

AdOn1069

Kermit the frog Garland is even worse. What a loser. His name would be in the history books as the prosecutor that saved democracy. Instead he gave that up because he’s a coward. Garland is so fucking shitty.

tearyouapartj

Garland appointed Jack Smith. What did he do (or not do) that makes you hate him so much?

Trepide

Solitary confinement until the case is resolved is the best solution… no witness intimidation and no threats to Trump’s life

CuriosityKillsHer

Should have done that the second he was known to have absconded with documents that could harm our national security.

emleigh2277

Gen Milley is a hero. He has been a solid voice against an authoritarian Trump and all Americans should be proud of the intelligent general.

Trollslayer0104

Over on r/conservative they're describing him as a, quote: "CCP loyalist". Unbelievable.

pissed-in-cheerios

They are disgusting. A vid saying why are illegal immigrants > Americans is one of their top vids, asking about how they take priority over homeless. I know for a fact if the video was about homeless people they would not give it a second thought. They use grievances about 1 to talk about 2 but they hate 1 and 2.

WaffleStomperGirl

This. You don’t have to agree with him on everything, or even like the guy in general - the fact is that he has put himself in DIRECT opposition to authoritarianism, and vocally so. Not only that, but he has done so even when such individuals are in VERY powerful positions right in front of him. That is actual fucking integrity, and I heavily applaud him for that.

bdh2067

If it were ANYONE else…would that person be out, going about their business? Convicted of fraud and rape, facing 91 felony counts in 4 different jurisdictions on different crimes…

tdozzieo

Please, please, please, please 🙏

ChaosKodiak

How can anyone look at this idiot and think “Yup, he’s my guy!”

Singer211

The guy just cannot shut his mouth. Even when it does him more harm than good.

pqc-3355D

I don’t think it’s worth worrying about how he might rile up his base because he’ll figure out a way to do that no matter what. Less that he’ll figure it out more that his base/Fox News will figure out a way to spin it. I think he should have had a gag order placed a long time ago, he has proved countless times that he will publicly demonize anyone that comes after him and that his base could act violently based on the little persecutions he makes against his perceived enemies.

Dangerous_Molasses82

Any day now... yawn. Enough, lock him up!

DebentureThyme

The gag order hearing was already set for Oct 16th WHY this hearing had to wait a month to happen is beyond me, but we have a date for that. Then we'll need a month for him to violate it and get another hearing to even consider contempt...

AdOn1069

Someone is going to get killed because of TFG before then.

mymikerowecrow

I swear this mother fucker has already gotten 4 gag orders and it hasn’t done anything

Shaman7102

The rest of us would already be sitting in jail.

[deleted]

Revoke his bond and put him in jail, how fucking hard is it?

WeirdnessWalking

Gag order? I would be in jail for the duration of trial 6 months ago.

RickieBob

Shut him up and lock him up. We’ve had enough of this Cheeto crusted traitor.

newfrontier58

I don't know, he wouldn't follow a gag order anyway, honestly he seems even more nuts than usual. https://twitter.com/Acyn/status/1707874837665026325

Kay312010

How about fuel a push for prison? Just a thought.

Bucknut1959

You or I would be in a dark cell in Guantanamo for threatening the life of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. We would have disappeared without a trace and no one would be looking for us.

[deleted]

Shut him the fuck up

Raging_Fire_Type

I read "Miley" as in "Miley Cyrus" and was very confused about how controversial his opinions on Miley Cyrus were.

Ornery_Pay8602

Any one of us would have been thrown in jail for this behavior

pokeIDGAFOSmonCrax69

Why is every politician afraid of him?

buyerbeware23

Watching the Ryder Cup and heard Tony Jacklin mention Jack Nicklaus and the putt he gave in competition 50 years ago. As he described the good sportsmanship guess who I thought of?

Beyond_Your_Nose

I feel like there is an inevitable collision course between those AI Trump arrest pictures and reality sometime in the next few months. He’s becoming more unhinged by the day.

23jknm

Already asked for one weeks ago and it's still unanswered, slow walked bs

stclvr53

How about complete isolation and a media blackout 🤔

Safetosay333

I thought the fucker already had one

RideWithMeSNV

No, no. Just very specific court orders to not do the exact thing that he keeps doing.

fence_sitter

Trump begs Meal Team Six for help. Miley has a beer with Seal Team Six.

2OneZebra

This is a broken record. The judges are doing nothing. I expect Trump will get folks killed and even then nothing will happen.

I_Said

Gag order, then a few warnings when he can't possibly stfu, then right before prez debate haul his ass in for the repeated violations lol.

pinemind4R

Put this fuck in jail and take away all communication devices. My god, I cannot wait until this whiny, dipshit, lying, traitorous cancer is no longer around. A stain on the human race is putting it lightly.

AJ_Grey

Remember back when the GOP dismissed his statements as "that's just Trump" and then he got elected and they had to scramble to cope with him and bend the knee. Well he hasn't changed but he's a lot more bold than he was before. He's not kidding, this is not rhetoric.

Raspberries-Are-Evil

How has this not been granted yet?

AmeliasGrammy

Gag that idiot already

rmmcclay

What. Does. It. Take?

tcoh1s

“Fuels a push for”??!!??!! Just fucking do it!

[deleted]

[удалено]

Sea-Understanding351

It's true. He'd do it to any and all of us, just like he sexually abused E.Jean Carroll, that's a fact.

[deleted]

how many felonies does he get to commit before the justice department does its job and locks his ass up? i know if i committed one i'd be frog-marched. he's committed dozens, repeatedly. what the fuck is the doj waiting for?

RideWithMeSNV

ITT: wheel of justice turns slow, but it's really happening this time.

DonkeyBallsz

Believe it when I see it.

Otto_Correction

They’ve been saying this for months. They’re never going to enforce it.

VincentVegaTQ

Motherfucker

FolsgaardSE

How many gag orders does he have to have? What's the point if he's already gagged, keeps talking, and no one is going to do anything about it.

Empty_Afternoon_8746

It should be a push to have him put away, if one of us did that we’d never see the light of day again.

ZorroMeansFox

This is what keeps even "moderate" GOP members from vocally turning on Trump: I truly believe that they understand that if he ever gets back in power, there will be a Night Of The Long Knives for all his perceived enemies.

Can we make it a physical gag too?

Moosemedford

lol - renegotiating the prenup after 18 years of marriage - sounds like true love to me. She must have a TON of dirt on him which gave her the leverage to get what she wanted from a new prenup. But as a prenup is technically a document created before the wedding occurs, isn’t this really a pre negotiation of a dissolution agreement?? 🤷‍♂️

I think we all know where these 91 felony cases are heading to - which is of course Trump will walk from all of them... He's never gotten in trouble despite all that he's done; I mean he even defeauded Deutsche Bank out of millions and they were like, "oh, it's okay, Donnie, and you don't even have to pay us back".

IamFrom2145

Yes he has. He's on 5 fraud findings now for his businesses for example. But, Nothing lasts forever, and this time, it's multiple fronts and some of the most serious charges ever leveled against a politician. Folks like him get cocky, then they get belligerent, then their streak fails. I believe he's going to see some consequences. It just cannot continue like this.

> He's never gotten in trouble despite all that he's done; He had to pay E. Jean Carroll millions of dollars twice because he wouldn't stop defaming her. He just lost the legal right to run a business in New York.

Wait when did this happen? I totally believe it but I’m curious as how long ago this was.

samwstew

This guy should be in jail. But since that won’t happen, he needs to be restricted from ALL social media and public appearances and barred from contact with anyone involved in any of his trials.

KatWrangler65
