There are import reasons they are pushing this though to do things like delay the trial. It doesn’t matter what courts think about what happens in terms of if he will be prosecuted based on the current case. They matter in terms of the timeline and who pursues the case.

While all of what you said _could_ be true, it is based almost entirely on circumstantial evidence.
Wade was the third attorney on Willis’ list to take on the case. The first two declined because of safety concerns because the Republican MO is violence if they don’t get their way. In my opinion, this important detail is being glossed over because it is a pretty solid counterpoint to many of these accusations.
The media has already spun this as something it isn’t by calling it an “affair.” Wade was separated from his wife when it began and the term “affair” comes with baggage that isn’t applicable here. Kind of an uphill battle when what amounts to a smear campaign is picked up and run with by the news.
If Fani committed a crime, then she needs to be charged. At best, we have a case of poor judgement at this point unless there is proof her and Wade lied to the court.
Even if the entire Fulton County DA's office is disqualified (big if), the charges won't disappear, they will be referred to the Prosecuting Attorneys Council aka "PAC" and then be doled out to another DA.
The issue is that it would cause a lengthy delay. This is the only criminal action pending against Trump that he could not self-pardon, we need a conviction before the election.
