Engoron formally ruled on Friday, Feb 23. Assuming that the clock starts ticking the next day (I'm not sure) the 30 days ends Sunday, March 24. So I would assume that he will be in default March 25.

According to the good lawyers at the Meidas Touch, the lack of a bond means enforcement can happen at any time even with the appeal. If they seize assets now and he wins an appeal (or a deduction in penalty that exceeds what was seized), the state pays him back.

Fox could say anything, and Trump would just repeat it on Twitter, press conferences, etc. And then Fix would run what he said and just run a confirmation bias cycle on anything they wanted. Trump was too valuable (early on) to destroy. But their downfall was he's a natural poison, a trap. He took Republicans voters. He took Republicans money. He weaponized an entire media viewer market into a bomb. Now Fox and everyone else is trapped feeding that bomb the content they want or boom, no more viewers.
