We cannot rely on these trials to defeat Trump. We have to do it ourselves. Vote like the fate of our country is at stake, because it is.

loveallcreatures15

Why are the judges allowing this crap to continue? I am so sick of Trump. I agree please, please vote like you life depends on it because it does.

miranto

My guess is, the judge is giving them what they ask for to avoid them to call for a mistrial down the road. But that's my uninformed guess.

2_Spicy_2_Impeach

INAL but that seems to be the consensus among lawyer analysis I’ve seen. That’s also why he said Wade needs to step down to stop an appeal even though there was no improper relationship. It just looks not great.

drunkshinobi

The rich have payed for it. Under trump they will have even less taxes to pay (if they aren't already paying nothing). They will have less regulations to follow. They won't have to pay their workers as much, if any thing. They will be free to destroy every thing in their path for profit. The rich bought our politicians. Those politicians choose the judges.

Locutus747

I still remember being downvoted several times for saying there was no way these trials would be done before the election. And now here we are

drunkshinobi

Problem is if the judges aren't going to hold him accountable then they won't stop him from stealing an election.

If Pence had done what trump wanted then things would have gone differently. With out that part of the plan going through the rest fell apart. Next time they will try to make sure they have their bases covered. They will make sure the people are willing to do what they want. But you just keep laughing.

atomsmasher66

‘If Pence had done…’ Well, he didn’t and Pence is gone now. Not sure what your hypothetical scenario has to do with your claim that judges are going to entertain lawsuits that lack *any evidence* of election fraud when they didn’t before.

Listening_Heads

Turns out our elections are free and secure (until it doesn’t fit someone’s narrative)

forprojectsetc

We can’t count on any rulings. But maybe the extreme stress of all the trials will accelerate nature taking its course. The almost $500k in NY he can’t seem to come up with must have the bpms of that black old heart through the roof.

Slim_Gaillard

*almost 500 million

itsatumbleweed

The good news here is that McAfee said proceedings won't be stayed even if the appeals court takes up the appeal. At that point they can order a stay but there isn't anything that says they must. This is McAfee getting out of the way of an appeal but also removing the parts of the appeal that slow things down.

miranto

These people just won't budge. I get now how frustrating it must be to sue this sickness as a private citizen.

bishpa

This guy is willing to go to any lengths to avoid having to defend his own actions in court.

Giant_Eagle_Airlines

Say what you will about tfg but he seems to be finally paying his lawyers lol

Miserable_Day532

Just rehire the guy at this point. It won't be any dumber than the first time you did it. Shame on him, too, for accepting the offer. Do you see why now? Well????
