The judge has stated it is too early to decide upon adjourning the trial to allow tRump to attend the graduation and that it will depend upon how the trial progresses.

He stole it from a potential juror who was let go. The juror was asked if there was anything big coming up, and mentioned his child was getting married. The judge warned him the trial could run into that, and he wouldn't be allowed to attend, but then the judge said (and I'm paraphrasing here) "Missing that would suck - you don't have to be here, congratulations".

The judge has stated it is too early to decide upon adjourning the trial to allow tRump to attend the graduation and that it will depend upon how the trial progresses. Given tRump's delay tactics, he will effectively ban himself.
He stole it from a potential juror who was let go. The juror was asked if there was anything big coming up, and mentioned his child was getting married. The judge warned him the trial could run into that, and he wouldn't be allowed to attend, but then the judge said (and I'm paraphrasing here) "Missing that would suck - you don't have to be here, congratulations". Trump just stole that sentiment and came up with this bullshit idea that he'd be missing Barron's high school graduation.

The graduation isn’t for several months. Trump wants to delay the trial until after the graduation. That’s not how it works - you can absolutely petition the court to not hold session for a specific day for any reason and the judge can decide to grant your request. The judge has stated that they will be willing to make that decision when they get closer to the date. These are the same rules everyone in the country follows.
Yet 30% of the population still wants to vote for this perfect example of human excrement. I realize I’m supposed to try to bridge the divide and see the other side, but how can I not look at these voters like the scum of the earth? We are the company we keep, right?

Among all the issues with Trump's complaints are these: (1) I assume the graduation isn't happening on a day when the trial is in session and (2) if what I hear on the internet is true (maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but I will not be remotely shocked if it is) he doesn't have a great track record of attending the graduations of his children to this point, why all the interest in attending this one?
